Sent you a hateful message including telling me to kill myself as well as calling me the 'N' word. They immediately unfriended me after saying it and all I have is a partial screen shot that I took with snipping tool to share in a discord. Now while this person didn't really upset me, I can see him possibly really hurting someone else.
I added him as we were playing tavern brawl and he was playing a mech deck that was almost a for sure win. I managed to win and thought he might have added me to talk about the battle or whatever. Obviously i'm stupid.
Since I couldn't report him through the client is there a way I can contact blizzard to inform them of this person. I have the picture of his message that includes his username but would rather send it to a blizzard person through PM to save either that person harassment or others from having to see his hateful message.
Man apparently some people need to take some courses in reading comprehension. As I stated. They didn't upset me but I can see how being told to 'kill yourself" could very negatively effect someone. Jeez. Looks like a found the hole the person crawled out of.
You are the own who clicked the "tick" button when he sent you the request so... :/
I have 10+ other people who've randomly added me to talk about my deck or to have rematches with. I guess I didn't realize I had been lucky the other multiple times that I didn't end up with the majority scum.
I agree that there should be a way to rate players for being hateful or extremely friendly :) . "This player has been rated by the community as..." :) and this could be rated only by people who have befriended you. So basically if someone adds you to give you a negative review, you could give them a negative one back. That way someone like me would have something like 50 good - 4 bad , and someone like him would have : 4 good - 50 bad :) , and once he's got 50 bad, the negative ones he gave others should be cancelled.
Another solution would be to have a 5 minutes unfriend limit by the person who offered the friendship :D . That way, answering to that sunny boy would be a pleasure :D .
Also, really ? calling people the N word ? that's hilarious to me. I didn't think people would scoop that low. "You my N also brah" :D
I actually can't wait to add people who curse at me, because it's interesting to see if they can come up with new curses or curse ideas :D . I usually challenge them :D . "Is that all you have ? not very original." ... also : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cx1J2CzNnS8a absolutely brilliant

Detective Google is on the case:
"Since the report function is well hidden and many of you might not know this yet, here's a quick guide on how to report a player in Hearthstone:
Step 1: Accept friend request.
Step 2: Tab out of Hearthstone and open your friends list from the Battle.net launcher. Right-click on their name and click on "Report". A report-window pops up and remains, even if they unfriend you.
Step 3: Say "hi" and wait for their response.
Step 4: If they harass you, copy pasta everything they wrote into the report-window, change reason to "Harassment" and "Send Report".
Step 5: Thank them for adding you, so you were able to report them and remove them from your friends list."

I know the hearthpwn community hates these threads, and flames anyone who makes them, but you have to admit a report button would be an easy solution. Just think of all the other threads you could be trolling if these threads didnt exist. Your life would be great. Plus the OP would be satisfied too. Not every report would result in a sanction, but if someone is crazy and has a ton of complaints, a 24hour break would be good for them.
Maybe you shouldn't friend strangers if you can't take the heat.
Maybe you shouldn't tell people to kill themselves if you can't handle the reactions.
It's about time people like you realize communication is a two-way street. It isn't the senders exclusive right to interpret what he / she meant.
Maybe you shouldn't speculate on the fact that this guy send hateful messages just because he finds hilarious that pussies like the op take it so seriously. The op is definitely trying to hurt the one who sent the message to him, not because he feels bad about the message, but because he want revenge. I personally find him ridiculous and immature, and I never sent any hateful message in game.
It's about time people like you learn to internet.
You have the second most post of anyone online right now. Only fluxflasher has you beat. Nice work! Almost 2k. Flame on!!!

It's about time people like you learn to internet. But you can't learn. You don't want to.
Yes, obviously the one who in a polite and reasonable manner asks how he can report someone responsible for hateful spew is just as bad as the person who just told someone to kill themself. And of course, this makes completely allright for you to kill him a "pussy", because when you're hidden behind your perceived veil of anonymity - there is no danger of having your face smashed in. And that's when you really can call people pussies am I right? When you are out of harm's way from any response?
No, I don't excuse people "because it is the internet". There is a reason acting like that is generally frowned upon in the real world, it breeds aggression and aggressive responses. It makes people angrier and less rational. Just like you.

Add him back and if he accepts just laugh about his comments. Then you delete him again. It will make him mad..scientist. What?
I accept their request.. two days later. Then they forgot who I was lol.
You do understand that you are flame baiting? You should check out Forumwarz. It would be a better game for you.
