As for your card, I understand what you mean. But as an example, Chillblade Champion is a death knight. And those risen from the dead could also be death knights (as well as mindless scourge creatures among others). As said, I understand why you'd say Lifesteal is an evil trait, but I just find "plague" to be more fitting with warlocks and not paladins. Paladins are more related to death knights than any other class, so that's why I find it more fitting. "Unholy Schooling/Teachings/Training" could also be a possibility. That clearly indicates we have to do with something holy that's changing course.
Ah I see where you are coming from. I don't think deathknights are locked to the paladin class in this expansion tho (I mean everyone gets a corrupted DK hero card after all) since the theme of is Frozen Throne and Plague and Death finds its way into every class - even Priest and Shaman and Mage, so I think it's naturally to find this stuff in every class. I didn't find any good artwork for unholy-ish stuff sadly, so I think I will go with a slightly changed prior version, since "Unholy Blight" is actually a DK ability and Professor Putridice (depicted character) was an encounter in Icecrown Citadel in WoW:
So I have came up with an idea. In short your hero gains attack and if you take down a big minion with your hero, you regain that health back. However I'm wondering if I should up the mana cost.

Well, it's not like it can't be justified the way it is ;) I would personally just've prefered it a little different. It'll (most likely) get my vote anyways.

I like the spell the best. Finally a Warlock spell to combo with Medivh or Cho Gall.
I actually think the spell might be too weak. The 7 mana cost seems a bit much given the minions you summoned and the fact that it does nothing the turn you cast it. See Ball of Spiders for comparison, a card that summoned strong one-drops but ended up being over-costed and slow. Aside from that, the one-drops being shuffled into your deck, while interesting, makes for a much less consistent deck in the late game. Warlock's hero power makes it a little less inconsistent, but still worse than if they didn't get shuffled in at all.
I actually found tar-leech the best designed of the three. I think it's well costed, given that it has a strong effect aside from competitive stats. It also adds a new spin on the whole tar-creature theme since you also gain more health as well as a better taunt on your opponents turn. Though that also raises the question of whether the health would matter if your opponent wouldn't attack it anyway. Regardless, I could see this as playable in something like paladin.
Ya'mon's a little harder to assess for me. I guess it could work has hard removal in the early game like patient assassin, but also potentially strong if given buffs. Then again, I'm not sure if people would bother buffing it if they could simply use it as removal, similar to how Wickerflame is more often than not used as a strong taunt with minimal healing benefits, rather than focusing on buffing it to get the most value. If you like this card more I think you should go for it!

Thanks for the feedback. You are actually right about the spell. I thought make it 5 minions for 7 cost should be better than 3 minions similar to Ball of Spiders. Maybe I should make it 3x 2/1 minions for 6 mana or 5x 2/2 for 7 or 9 mana. It is a big spell for late gameplay to make sure you wont fatigue.
I like Tar Leech a lot but I am just wondering if it will take me to the finalists this competition.
Ya' Mon is too similar to another card already in submission, so I wont use it (the 3/4 with stealth, poisonous and lifesteal. Very nice design, I already voted for it, hahaha)
I think I will have to get back to the drawing tables!!
Before I post I wanna apologize for obliterating 2 spots on Pg 1 Submissions :(
I was on my computer and then it dropped and all hell broke loose with a thunderstorm outside and I didn't even realize the tab switched QQ
I was gonna ask about the state of my card. I know it fits better as a pally card since it wouldn't see play in Priest, but on imgur the priest version has twice as many votes than the pally, and I think its because as Zukuu was saying is that even though its balanced it looks like its stepping on Voidwalker's toes.
So my question is, should this be a 1/2 minion instead like my original design? I'm already feeling like I should but i'd like to know your opinions if you could. This isnt a feedback ask, just a simple yes or no will suffice. Thanks!
Ahh yes, we've been expecting you. You'll have to be recorded before you're officially released. There are a few ways we can do this, and the choice is yours. See my submission to the WCDC hereand upvote if you like it. WCDC 8.3

I think you can justify making it a 1/2 and a 1/3, both seem okay to me. I wouldn't make it a priest card, as it would simply be unplayable (without knowing the rest of the coming set).

Alright thanks, I'll make it a 1/2 Pally... I'd rather ppl say its underpowered by a bit, than good but not smothering something else. Thanks for all the help! Especially Lathy wow you stuck by this card all the way lol
I'm more fond of Vampiric Touch as it is - like you said yourself - less trivial thatn the others. On the other hand the keyword seems a little unnecessary in Priest as they have access to a lot of Healing that is more reliable than this. Also the card might already end up being quite weak like the referenced Curse of Rafaam.
That being said, Mark of Undeath is very simplistic in nature but looks like it could be a neat little utility spell despite being a little trivial. I just don't quite see why you thought this had to cost 4 (!) mana - especially with Touch of Lana'thel costing only 1. I think Mark of Undeath would still be safe at 2 mana - maybe 3 if you want to account for the option to choose one of two buffs. Finally i believe you could do better with the name - 'Mark of the Scourge' for example sounds more elegant in my opinion. 'Undeath' just sounds a little bland and clumsy to me.
Thanks for the feedback! Would you say Vile Deathcaster needs some nerfing? Life increase cost by (1) or reduce Attack by (X)?
On the other hand, both your ideas are simple. Touch of Lana'thel I've seen everywhere, so not very exciting. Mark of Undeath is a bit better, definetely more flexible. Vampiric I think is quite unique. Though it'd fit more a Warlock, since Priests have too much healing. Otherwise, it is a nice idea
Like I said before, Priest would never Vampiric Touch from the simple fact that what we know so far they have little burn and a buttload of healing. I like Mark of the Undead and Touch of Lana'thel better, but the latter need to cost 2.
I actually like Vampiric Touch since it works on your minions, but considering how unpopular Curse of Rafaam is, your card probably won't fare much better. Mark of Undeath is probably the best of the three- it has good flavor and art, and though simple it's an interesting option for Token Druid. Touch of Lana'thel isn't bad either, it's just kind of boring. And it does need to cost more-2, maybe 3.
Thanks for feedback everyone. You're right that Vampiric would be better in warlock. I was fixed on the idea that it should be a priest card because the original WoW spell is priest but fuck WoW, it's Hearthstone. I also changed the art. BTW it's not that underpowered since you can hoard cards to combo with Vampiric Touch and heal for a shit ton of Health (and best case scenario you'll be able to do it again the next turn!) unlike Curse of Rafaam which only deals 2 damage no matter what you do with it.
As for Mark of Undeath, I based it on Evolving Spores and the fact that Druid's removals "should" be very conditional but Spores' potential to blow out of control is probably greater than with my card. I'm willing to lower the cost to 3 but I'm still waiting for more feedback on this. Also "Mark of the Scourge" looks too long on the card so I opted for "Mark of the Plague". Again, I need more feedback on this.
So in the end I hesitate between those:
@Vilegloom: Looks fine as it is to me.
More feedback coming tomorrow. I'm a filthy EU who needs sleep.
Ok, what the fuck. I've posted feedback for 4 people (they've all gotten notifications for it) and asked for feedback on a card I made. I come back and 2 pages have gone by and no one has commented on the damn thing. This is the sort of thing I get pissed off with, especially when the people who crowd it out are people who haven't left any feedback themselves but then they post their cards without contributing anything else.

This is the step where you usually would bump your submission idea ^^ It happens to everyone don't rage lol.
Repost it so me and others can look at it again. Sometimes things get hectic and cards get missed.

@Zence - I think it should be a 1/2. A shame that it's a little underpowered that way, but it doesn't muscle out anyone else's space.
Hi guys, what do you think about my card?
