Opponent play a 5 manas minion + Ziliax in last turn?
You play a 8/8 for 8 manas + 10 manas value.
How this is bad people? You just wait for the best turn, without random.
I don't think it's bad, I just don't think it's meta defining. There are two board states where I see it's good to play this. If you are ahead and they are on the backfoot trying to catch up. So they flood the board. This allows you to very efficiently return the favor. But you have to be in a position to make sure you can't die to their board state on the following turn. The second is if they used some sort of clear card then flooded the board afterward. In cases like that this card could be devastating. If you are too far behind and fighting for control of the board playing this guy might just get you killed as you aren't actually dealing with their board.
Since you miss out on battlecry's and it's purely reactive to what you opponent does it is essentially delayed tempo. It requires your opponent to have played something good enough to warrant playing this card but not good enough that they are able to massive take advantage of that delay.
If opponent play a secret and the 2 cards draw in his turn you can play a 8/8 for 8 manas and get 3 cards is already good enough.
I don't think the comparison with Tess is correct, you have more control and a lot less of build of in this card, it is much more versatile and better status for the cost,

I disagree. There is no need to get perfect value out of this card. This card is good anytime your opponent didn't play anything that could backfire on you when it has random targets which is gonna be most turns. I mean this is an 8/8 + whatever your opponent did last turn. It is always gonna be a huge tempo advantage to you in any case were the random targets don't backfire.
Hard to play around this, makes for some awkward turns for sure. Not to mention the Priest also gets to pick his spot, and get maximum value out of this. Looks almost Meta defining tier, don't sleep on this bad boy.

Okay let me rephrase. It is tempo, but it's generally not going to be a tempo swing. They still can act with their board first. This is why you have to be in a position to not die. For example if a druid or shaman go real wide. Sure you can play this out and go wide too but you have to be relatively certain that they won't blood lust or buff in an other way that will kill you.
It's good, please don't misunderstand me, I agree that it's good. I just don't think it's meta defining. It's also efficient which is what Priest does. But I wouldn't rate it on the same level as say shudderwok. Even still it'll 100% see play.
Enemy Resurrect Priest nervously glances and wonders if he should or shouldn't.
Because he will resurrect specific minion put in the deck to get maximum value from resurrection, and you will get 8/8 and whole bunch of random minions you played?
I have watched the stream, I have seen some nice value of that card, and still i think its playable.
I have a theory that this card will be more competitive than people are giving it credit for.
Being able to mimic nearly everything your opponent does + add an 8/8 to the board, that's power. Sure, you don't get battlecries but you don't play this on turns following battlecries. You play this into turns where your opponent played powerful spells and/or powerful minions. After seeing it in action during the theorycrafting stream, I think the card is fare more powerful than people give it credit for.
Your opponent just cleared your board with Malygos's Flamestrike? Well, right back at you with an 8/8 body attached! Oh, you filled your board with five 2/2 treants for 8 mana? Well, I just played Mass Hysteria followed by an 8/8 that summons five 2/2 treants! *But how Casm!? That's too much mana!* YOU FOOL! You fell victim to one of the classic blunders. The most famous is never get involved in a land war in Asia but only slightly less well known is this! Never go all in against a priest after they've played two activated Fate Weavers! AHAHAHAHAHA!
But seriously, I think the card can be quite good all things considered and actually think it'll find it's way into priest decks in the upcoming meta.
I wonder how long it will be before somebody decides to be an absolute boss and builds a Jank deck with Millhouse Manastorm and this card. It would be suicidally bad, but it could certainly create a fun highlight reel.

I love this card. I for once, will be rocking highlander control priest. It's going to be so much fun. Like in the old days.
Also, crazy in wild, I think.
Occasionally gives helpful advice.
Playable and fun, certainly, but probably not competitive.

the ultimate "No U" card
Why u hav to be mad? is only card gaem.
So good
Don't need to be massively to be good.

I hope everyone who was underestimating this card realised just how good it is after the reveal stream.
Wanted to say something similar. It was powerful each time is was played. In contrast to Bandersmosh
Pretty effective, it is very comparable with Zephyros but it would be more like a mirror, it is very powerful

8 mana 8/8. The effect doesn't even need to be that amazing. Probably, just any random turn 7 or 8 play by the opponent is good enough.
does it follow the order? does it trigger battle cries?
It does because it says play not summon. And it plays spells too obviously
no and no
