Whatever deck plays this has to run very few neutrals already, or it'll screw itself over. Even then it's a really specific tech card, and bomb warrior and Hakkar haven't seen play in a while. You can run it to turn off your own Hakkar, but outside of that I don't think it's worth playing.
Yes, it's bad if you just cram it into your current favorite meta deck, but that is not how you build decks, and that is not how you should evaluate cards. You have to use a little imagination.
I don't think it will be too difficult to build a deck that uses this well, and I think a lot of people are going to be very surprised and salty because they think it "shouldn't work."

Class cards are generally better than neutral cards. I think this is an easy build-around that works as a good tech against bomb warrior, but is also just pretty fair on it's own.
This is playable for sure. It also only costs 2 mana, so you can use this early game or late game depending on your deck design or counter strategy.
It's also only cards in your deck, so you can easily wait to use this when you know it will not hurt you or remove specific cards you don't want to transform.
I think this is a decent highlander card too. Especially if you are going against a deck you have no chance at, but your class cards might have an answer.
For example, transforming the Pirate that steals weapons is useless against some classes like Priest. So against Priest, go ahead and turn that card into something far more useful.
This basically allows you to play ALL the neutral tech cards with less of a downside. I actually think this card can be a thing.
Tech card but against something so niche don't will make the cut.
The only thing I can think aside the tech aspect is being a tool in a heavy draw deck with many neutral minions like gnome, aprentice and acolyte and you run x1 of this card when don't want to draw they anymore...

You can't have a deck full of tech cards, it is weak because you need to draw the correct ones vs the deck your opponent is playing, plus, get a lot of random class cards (many of them are terrible) don't fix the problem of your deck don't have a good win condition by your own.
Only techs work in this game are the very few specific ones when one strategy is far dominating the ladder, like Harrison when you only see warriors or something like that.

"Random cards" Stopped reading there.
Bad
Worst card so far
The Darkness counter that everyone asked for!
People are saying this is bad, but if you run two of them you could maybe transform the second copy into something useful.
bad as for now.
maybe tech card vs Bomb, or Hakkar, the Soulflayer

It's a late game tech against bomb and corrupted blood removal, but that's about it.

Aggro can build their Deck with neutral low Drops.
If they didnt won by Turn 6, they normally loose.
With this one they gain a second Chance to win with highrolls.
Could turn out to be usefull... or meme ;)
