I mean its a fine card. Seems to support a fast small dragon deck like one you would want to put Sand Breath into. We obviously have to see the small fast dragons you're putting into this deck first though.
Quest Dragon Paladin could be a thing with this. Using Making Mummies to get multiple instances of this effect could snowball like mad. It'll be tricky to get enough reborn and dragon minions into the deck to really make it work, though.

I think more likely there's going to be more dragon token stuff for paladin.
Seems okay. Maybe it could become a real headache if quest paladin manages to find a way to abuse it. I'm more inclined towards a dragon control deck instead of a tempo one though.
It's very powerful on a small mana target. Even on Fairy Dragon a 6/5 for 2 on turn 3 or 4 is excellent (especially considering hexing it is not an option!)
So potentially meta defining since that's an S-tier cars in its released meta and still sees play in wild?
A worse version is still a very very good card.
Val'anyr could go in anything. This card goes in specifically dragon paladin so if that deck isn't good enough this card isn't either. Too early to call imo. They're obviously going to print some a ton of dragon stuff this expac.
I'm curious what the interaction will be like with Da Undatakah. I'm assuming the deathrattle given to the minion in hand from Da Undatakah is only Talritha's, but it would be fun if I was wrong.
I like it - obviously it's better if you can somehow get more deathrattles, but even if not, it's a 3/3 for 3 when you play it, and gives you +3/+3 for 0 every time its deathrattle hits something (though you only see the fruits of that buff when you actually play the minion it hits). Needs lot of cheaper dragons though so it doesn't get stuck waiting on a 9 mana behemoth (who the buff isn't that big on anyway, relatively speaking), but I have to imagine there'll be at least a few cheaper dragons in DoD.
Also will be creating some scarily above-curve dragons with Dragon Speaker.
I feel like this card is pretty blatantly in the "is what it is" category, meaning that it is a niche card, good not great, but great sometimes. Goes in some highlander types and dragon builds. Will mostly be an average card
An interesting question becomes how much can you cycle this buff, and if there we have any good ways of doubling the effect for exponential growth. We kinda have that with making mummies, but it also is worse than Valanir cause unless you have your last dragon you can't play your buffed dragon unless you have another dragon in your hand.

If there is a way to give your Dragons rush, this makes Paladin Health sustain much stronger with Dragons! I love it!

Perfect duo: Nozdormu the Timeless + Dragonrider Talritha. SMOKE THAT, DRUID!

Cool effect, but bit OP if you ask me..
This seems worse than Val'anyr
Fun! Handbuff! More Useful than Val'anyr.

Omg. That would be so fun with Making Mummies...

literally no one played it in standard during the entire YoR due to weapon removal and silence being common thanks to cubelock, and odd paladin
