Darkest Hour Warlock isn't that big of a problem in wild now. It's currently Secret Mage and Mech Paladin (and res priest being unfun) that are the problem
The most value minion cost is 6 (8 low roll is a 1/1 while a high roll is a 12 12, 7 low roll is a 2/4, 9 low roll is a 5/5, 6 is a 3/4). Also with 6, you can either do Rain of Toads, Eureka! or The Storm Bringer, which is good value.

Reduce the cost of spells to 0 and basically it's arcane missles + 4 damage for free

2 things:
Mill decks and Resurrect/Deathrattle Priest (basically the same thing since they both use res effects)
Mill is dumb because it basically forces you to not play
Res/Deathrattle Priest because it's just a 40-minute game where you can't do much.
