I doubt the dragon tag will be useful for much in this case but a 5 mana 7/5 on its own is not too shabby, and the deathrattle is phenomenal. Can't imagine this card being any less than meta-defining.

Goes into Anka Highlander deathrattle very nicely. Anka + shadow of death + waxadred. Been playing anka Highlander almost exclusively And it’s very good.
This card on face value alone is one of the strongest cards I've ever seen! Stats are better than vanilla, deathrattle is NUTS, drawing the Candle is super (and infinite) tempo....
Will this translate into a high winrate deck? I don't know yet, but this has meta-defining written all over it. I would have to think any deck with this card would struggle with the usual Rogue problems, aggro and OTK. But midrange and control wise, this card is crazy strong.
This card might be too strong. We don't know what the meta will look like so it's hard to sum up how strong this card will be. What we do know is that the rogue quest can act as limitless removal so that deck has an insane amount of value. This card is adding another source of limitless removal to the mix and it's even more aggressive than the quest. So rogue has potential to make a deck that leans into the value of these 2 cards enabling the rest of the deck to be very flexible. I think this will open up rogue a lot and maybe bring them back. Maybe this card being legend will make it too unreliable but it seems like picking this up early could be a high roll win type thing. Some decks only win their high roll games and if you are playing this card then you probably want a decent bit of draw but you do have the quest most likely so you'll go through opening hand plus 2 mulligans plus 5 draws looking for this. We'll see. Seems like a high roll card that opens up rogue a bit. Something about it scares me though, like I could see it being nerfed to a 5/5 or a 7/4 lol.
DISCUSS!
Anka, the Buried Augmented Elekk
if you draw fast you play this. Rogues draw fast so they play this. Stats are decent up front.

Here are my predictions in The Exhaustive Ashes of Outlands Card Preview.
we have seen shuffle cards in rogue before. I just dont know if an archetype can exist for something like this.
Its no Fal'dorei Strider at all
Rogue is the king of duplicating card and this is a king card to duplicate.
It's like a Malorne that you only have to play once, this card is crazy, get your silence removals ready.
My favorite card of the set so far. Yes it's slow, aggro decks, blablabla, whatever.
You'd be surprised
this card is bad, to slow for rouge
Bonkers deathrattle. Combined to new Dragon draw effect and shadows of death could be a real threat.
May still be a tad on the slow side. We'll see how it plays out, but it's at least going to be fun.
At a risk of sounding too obvious, works well with Candle Breath.

As a value-lover I adore this card, but it's definitely a value card, where rogue is usually interested in the tempo game.
A dragon made of wax... How ironic... Nice card Btw.

Summoning a 7/5 for free is pretty good for tempo, especially if you can summon multiple ones...

Warning! Might cause cancer.
Seriously this thing can get out of hand easily.
Tutorable by countess ashmore, combo with shadow of death.
Also synergizes with the new draw 3 for 3 mana card
There's a lot of ways to active, multiply and generate its deathrattle in rogue. i really wanna believe in this dragon, i love the design <3

Rogue has the ability to draw many cards and duplicate cards
Blizzard has the habit of giving Rogue cards that reduce or gain coins
