So if this card is any good, this is more of a 4 drop than a 3 drop, because people will play around turn 2 lackey. We have a 1 drop and a 2 drop lackey generator, they are both low tempo plays. Weaponized wasp is high tempo play assuming you have a target for it and you will barely recover the tempo you lost at first.
Overall seems too conditional to me. I look at Flanking Strike and I'm like, okay it's 1 less mana and can hit face, but having a lackey in you hand/on the board is a huge condition.
This card is a more flexible version of the Even deck 2 drop that did 3 damage as well. yeah, this is good. That Battlecry support I mentioned in the Quest and Earthquake forums are a thing. This not only makes the Quest relevant but really really strong. There are currently no anti-battlecry tech cards in Standard.
Getting the Quest complete will be easy. Now what do you do with all this raw power? Burn baby, burn!
Heistbaron Togwaggle adds a card to your hand (cards that generally win games, hello?). This either kills a minion (at 3 or even 4 it's likely) or hits the enemy. So it has an immidiate effect. Since shaman runs the lackeys (since they are benefitial for them), this card will be played.
At worst case isn't terrible, at best can help make Battlecry Lackey Shudderwock Shaman a legitimate force. I'm expecting more power-level shifting cards in this expansion, early midgame cards is why Shamanstone existed.

If you thought you knew what you think I know, then you'd know I knew you knew I know.
You mean the card that's one of two cornerstones of every competitive Rogue deck?
Yes I overrated it as one of the best cards in the expansion and I was surprised at how conditional it really is in practice with a few lackey generators. One more shaman/neutral lackey generator and I would probably change my mind about Weaponized Wasp
Do you think it's on average more powerful than flanking strike? I don't but I'd be happy to be wrong shaman is my main class. I think player will often be forced to play this as a 3 mana 3/3 vanilla on curve to maintain tempo, because the benefit of holding the card isn't as good as game winning Heistbaron and has diminishing returns over time, 3 damage is nearly useless in a lot of late game situations while Heistbaron can always get you answers you need.
I can be wrong, tell me, I'm not trying to be the guy who knows best
This card combined with other burn cards will be nuts with the new Shaman QuestCorrupt the Waters because of the Hero Power giving DOUBLE BATTLECRIES!!
I mean, you can just add ALL the battlecry minions that do damage to face. There are a few others too in Classic/Basic set. The best part, is that all you need 1 late game card to act as reach for those pesky control decks. Shudderwock will then add up in damage real fast...
So with the limited cards released so far, the way I picture the deck is not complete, but something like this...
Quest x1, Questing Explorer x2, Weaponised Wasp x2, Sludge Slurper x2, Fire Elemental x2, Evil Cable Rat x2, Life Drinker x2, Witchwood Piper x2, Barista Lynchpin x1, Seaforium Bomber x2, Nighblade x2, Jepetto x1, Alexstraza x1, Shudder x1, Harrison Jones x1
23 Battlecry minions. 1 Quest. And fill in the rest. Some choices are for fun, but this is the starting shell I would use. Then fill in the rest of the deck to shore up weaknesses and tweak it a bit. Some of these choices are not knowing the rest of the new set either.

Well, for one thing, a 3/3 on turn 3 isn't terrible. However, when building your deck, it might be better if you don't think of this as a turn 3 play. Indeed, given the tools Shaman has for Lackey generation, it might be best to play this on 4, 5, or even later.
Maybe you Cable Rat on 2, do Lackey + EVIL Totem on 3, then Lackey + this on 4. You won't always draw the dream hand, but that's true of any build. Worrying about having too few early-game draws is a separate consideration.
As for saying 3 damage (plus a 3/3 body) is useless in the late game, I guess we'll just have to disagree. I think Fire Elemental could easily make an appearance in this deck.
Not 100% sold on this one. It's a strong card, but without the activator it becomes WAY worse. Fire Plume Phoenix is 1 less damage and 1 more mana, but doesn't require an activator and it rarely saw play. I could easily be wrong on this one, but I think this card will be crazy on 3 or 4 with an activator, but drawn late, it's kind of trash.

Lackeys are proven to be legitimate.. so sure, why not
Seems ok.
Seems like Shaman has this Lackeycry deck on lock. Looks like it’s gonna be fun.

Such an excellent card.
EDIT: Look at the burn Shaman is amassing: Lifedrinker, Weaponized Wasp, Fire Elemental, Kobold Lackey, Swampqueen...
Heart of Vir'naal is looking like the heat.
turn 3 if you realize the condition, you swing a 1.5 point in tempo.
Looks like the same tempo of piloted shredder

I totally overrated Heistbaron Togwaggle, I won't do it again

Insane powerlevel. Just insane.

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Hearthstone's newest salt mine.
We won't hear the end of the bitching about this deck until April 2021.

Op card seriously lackeys are so good this will easily see play.
2 life drinker, 2 wasp 2 lackeys all going face. Burn shaman, without speels. Scary:( add doomhamer. End of story.

pretty easy to get out, shaman are going to be a lackey focused class according to the video so we should see more generators to support this.
