Classic how denial is already setting in - 'oh, it's not really that strong, it won't see play' Sure. People said the same thing about Mysterious Challenger. Already abandoning hunter for priest at this point.
People also hyped up The Mistcaller, so I expect what you call 'denial' is mostly experience. I don't think Priest card draw is good enough to make this much more than add ~4 attack to a minion you play every other turn (assuming spells make up about half of the deck), and that's assuming ALL the minions in the deck are perfect targets for this.
Of course if you don't draw it early those minions are going to be pretty weak. The card is probably decent, but no where near the immediate hype it has received.
Very unique effect, I'm sure this card will be experimented with a lot after the set is released. But I really doubt a deck with a ton of vanilla high-health minions would be playable even with this card. You have to draw and play it first, which you won't be able to do in half of your games without a tutor, leading to a ton of crappy turtles and mogus in your hand no one played even before Naxx. I though the most overrated card award would go to Rebuke, but it has just received a strong competitor here.
The card will be playable only if the deck can win without it (in which case the effect will probably give your minions 2-3 attack at most) or if a tutor for it is released (such as 'draw a 6-cost card from your deck').
You dont need unplayable basic high health minions actually, priest is knows for his high health minions, and u can find alot of playable cards that have high health.
If you consider the card to be a cherry-on-top instead of build-around, sure, this card may turn a decent deck into a powerful one, similar to how Keleseth did. But in this case the card gives 2-3 attack buff, which imo is not powerful enough to warrant 90% voting meta-defining and very good.
People that compare this to Keleseth should look up Keleseths Draw/Win Ratio after turn2 it drops insanely hard and turn 6...?! Also you Keep Keleseth on starting hand it can be bounced by Shadowstep. Rogue has way better cards to play a minion based tempo deck...etcetc.
This is not even remotely close to keleseth. Are you kidding me?!
So you can play this with statues, Ysera and Stuff but than you play control and the question is, does Control need more Attack on minions that when left unchecked win you the game anyways? I doubt it.
Maybe Im wrong but it doesn't look like a combo priest card to me. It looks more like a better keleseth with the serious drawback that you cannot play it until turn 6. I can only see it in spiteful priest to be honest. As an extra note, you will have to play minions you wouldn't normally play just to take advantage of the effect. You basically trade early game for a more consistent turn 6 power play (2x spiteful 1x lady in white).

Sleepy dragon and Ysera get +8 attack
Primordial Drake gets +4
Tortollian shellraiser gets +4
Those are three very good and one boardline-playable card without the buff.
I ateag that it's a tough effect to get value or of; you want to play it as soon as possible to avoid drawing your high-health minions without bubuffi them. It's a poorly statted card, and you might have a hard time recovering folrom the tempo loss of a poor turn 6.
Maybe we his on turn 6, psychic scream on 7 to clear the board, then tell on your better-started minions to carry you to victory?

Ysera will get 8 attack , a 9 mana 12/12
drake will get 4 , an 8 8/8 taunt with a free 2 dmg AoE
and 8/8 statue with his lifesteal effect.
tortollan will get 4
tar creeper will get 3
You will actually cheat the mana of ur minions, a 5/5 Lyra is really strong
It's better than Mistcaller at least. It does have the issue of needing to come down early to really make a difference, but given that so many solid Priest cards would be buffed by this and synergizes with other Priest cards its solid. Not busted though.
Don’t be fooled people, this card isn’t good. You can’t build a deck around it because you need to draw and play it, and it only effects your deck so you might have already drawn all the cards that synergize with it.
And for those saying it’s good with the 12 health dragons and primordial drake, it has negative synergy with two of the best dragon cards, twilight acolyte and twilight Drake.
As already answered. The goal isn't play a bunch of crap minions that will become insanely good after the buff. It's play a bunch of good minions and, in the late game a bunch of insane overstated minions after the buffm and run the enemy out of answers

Oh...
Thought they were done with printing Keleseth-type cards after they explained the thought process behind Baku and Genn...
This seems OP as hell. And I play mainly priest.
How can a design team come up with this and the warrior legendary and think they're even CLOSE to balanced?!

Overpowered broken card. nuff said.
Mysterious Challenger 2.0 except it isn't of epic rarity ?
Mogu'shan Warden, the new 4 mana 7/7
Free to try and find a game, dealing cards for sorrow, cards for pain.
This is insane. I've been toying with an Inner Fire priest deck for the past couple of days though, so this card is a welcome sight for me ^^
This is a joke, right? This Card is much too powerful. WTF, Blizzard why?
7/7 doomsayer yay
3 mana 7/3
Stay awhile and listen!
