Would be a bit better and a bit less complicated with "After you use your hero power, refresh your hero power", and keep its flavor and uselessness. I don't understand why they came up with the spell requirement, it's retarded.
Too bad Justicar Trueheart is getting rotated out, this card could have lead to some crazy armor spamming for Warrior. It still sounds awesome in Shadow Priest though, just thinking about how many times you could kill someone's minions with your Hero Power after using something cheap like Circle of Healing/Pint-Size Potion/Potion of Madness.
There is no way this is good enough from my perspective. Getting value from this card requires you to have a lot of mana. Even if you combo it with 1 mana spells you can get a maximum of 2 hero powers on the turn you play this card and thats if you want to spend all 10 mana. It just feels a little to situational for me. Sure hunter could do something like hero power, kill command, hero power but that just does not feel that good to me.

It doesn't change your hero power, it refreshes the one you currently have. e.g. you use your hero power, cast a spell, now you can use your hero power again.
I can see use on hunter, perhaps. But any combo with it requires an awful lot of mana. You'd need 7 mana and the mana for whatever spell just to use a hero power twice in a turn. Maybe control warrior.....
Hunters won't use it, because damage is too expensive. Warriors won't use it because they don't have cheap spells to spam. Shadowpriest might take it for a spin though.

Playing Hearthstone in German solely for Garrosh sounds. Sieg oder Tod!
There's probably a Wild Inspire deck that could make good use of this. But it's a very niche ability on a 3/4 body. Certainly not worth the craft. At least it's relatively cheap so there's still plenty of mana to actually use your Hero Power multiple times.

Control Warrior,Priest,Tempo mage at late game can use this legendary but I don't think that this is worth to craft also there is a possiblity that it can bring a new kind of face hunter
This card suffers from the same problem all Inspire cards from the grand tournament suffer from, there isn't enough ways to cast your hero power for free or for 1. The simple fact is that hero powers are not cost effective. There are very few reasons to pay 2 mana for a hero power over laying a 2 drop down on the board. Being able to use the hero power multiple times doesn't mean you want to use it and the only time you would is when players hands are exhausted meaning no spells. In grand tournament there was too much focus on using the hero power multiple times and not enough on making the hero power cheaper/easier to use. We need more cards like Fencing Coach and Maiden of the Lake before people would be interested in using their hero power over other plays. Synergy like spells that after playing them and getting X effect reduce the hero power cost or make the next casting of your hero power free. Until those types of cards exists cards like this will not see play except in fun casual decks that like exploring deck design.
with this card i suddenly think what if one of two tri-class legendary in this expan is custom hero power ? Kazakus with custom spell so maybe we will have legendary create custom minion or weapon but custom hero power is not bad idea,a replacement of sir finley in control deck
I do think Control Warrior or Control Priest takes a look at this card when Justicar rotates out. Maybe an incredibly burn heavy Face Hunter (But this is probably too slow for that deck).
Even in hunter its no good.. 2 mana for multiple hero powers on top of the cost of spells.. unless you have this guy and the free secret guy alive.. and can spam secrets and hero power, but that set up will never happen
There's the combo. Secret hunter- which is already semi-played. If he survives a turn (which in matches I've seen and played, isn't unheard of). If you hold onto the secrets, becomes secret hero power, secret, hero power IF the boards in the position to do that. I felt like the hunter secret deal was fairly inconsistent... so this will probably be less consistent but still has the opportunity to be powerful.
Why does Vicious Fledgling exist
Cards not great. effectively a regular 3-4. Good for full 30-card legendary decks, though, to have a good 3 drop.

I guess every expansion needs at least 1 bad legendary. Fjola Lightbane and Eydis Darkbane are laughing their asses off.

Bad for now. It is good to combo with inspire cards but it is way too expensive to be playable even in control game.
Good inspire cards are 5 or 6 drop cards.
It needs better cards than Fencing Coach or Maiden of the Lake to be good. I would love to see a combo with Nexus-Champion Saraad tho, for infinite value. :D
