Guys I feel that Soggoth the Slitherer can be a good addition in my ramp druid and in my c'thun rogue but I don't have it and not sure if it's worth to craft him.
So the questions is for those who have it and really try it.
I opened him in a pack and hes really good vs midrange and aggro. Won me quite a few games. Hes bad vs control though so if u face lots of that then hes not worth it.
Soggoth problem is he occupies a very competitive slot. There are some great 9 mana cards that have a bigger impact like ysera, cenarius, arch thief, alexstraza. On top of that Druid has ancient of war in faction which is pretty much all the taunt you need. I would personally save the dust. I have golden soggoth but only because I pulled him crackin packs. He looks very shiny but he's probably the first thing to go when I need dust.
I have hm and in greedy decks, he is useful. He demands to be killed by minions which is a problem for all the classes with top removal. Of course, against aggressive decks he is too late, in particular if they have some burst. But miracle rogue or Mage do struggle to remove him. I didn't regret crafting him, although there are surely better legendaries to craft.
I was lucky enough to get him from a pack and he's been a great addition to my decks, but I don't feel that he's worth 1600 dust. He's not a meta-breaking card, but he's super annoying to deal with. Lots of fun!
He has fit right in in any control type Priest or Warrior deck. Think of him as a 'bridge' card that helps you secure a winning position. He's also won me plenty of games against Zoolock/midrange Shaman/Hunter.
I value him because I like playing control Priest/Warrior/ ramp Druid decks, all of which are ideal fits for him, if you dont have an interest in those types of decks then don't craft him. The best part about him is that people don't really expect it. He makes a big impact even if you are in a losing board position.

^^ I did the same. I like him in my greedy astral ramp druid deck. Glad i got from a pack. Would not de, but probably not worth crafting either.

He's just a badass card all around. Only a few tech'd minions can deal with him. Definitely won't d/e him either. how are you liking the astral druid?
My friend had him in his control Shaman, which peaked around rank 4. Soggoth is a very strong card against classes like Priest, where it often just won the game.
Even if it's not the strongest card, it's a really fun card. Since you have all the important legendaries, craft Soggoth!
Thanks guys for all of your thoughts. Very interesting but I've never seen a card with so polarized opinions. For some Soggoth is performing very well for others it is just trash.
I hope I'll get it in the next packs if not probably I will push the button.
I opened a Golden Soggoth in one of my packs. The best way I could describe him is "situational". Against Priest and Mage, Soggoth is a utter nightmare to deal against. For example, so many times I have seen Mages, Warriors and Priests try to kill Soggoth in the late game, only realizing they had no card that could kill him as they repeatably hover over him.
In the end, I think Soggoth is great against certain classes but terrible against others. He has terrible stats and is extremely slow; however, if the meta ever slows down, I believe he will be a great card. I would probably get Ysera if I didn't have him but I do still love the salt Soggoth produces. However, it is still your choice. c:

P.s. Yes, I have all important legendaries.
DON'T DO IT!

Soggoth is a pain to remove, but I don't think he's worth the dust.
Soggoth was my first legendary of wotog. I disenchated fast and I do not regret.

He's good enough to not disenchant, but not good enough to craft.

I got a golden Soggoth and tried him out in my Rogue deck. Best part was a Mage instantly conceding when I played Soggoth :)
Yes. He is pretty strong against anything. Opponent doesnt expect that legendary and he has save me so many times in Renopal and MonkeyPriest.

I Think he doesn't value 9 mana, but when he drops on the board it's a f******pain in the ass to remove..
I crafted him in gold.

Very hard craft :) indeed.
good card but it's considered a junk leg, you'll probably open it in a pack like I did
