Probably Quest Resurrect Priest. Or Holy Wrath Paladin, although they aren't as common any more.
Both are long games that are, depending on your class, heavily one sided.
I can understand the dislike for Face Hunters, however they are cheap decks that all even newbies can compete, and the games are over quickly (win or loss). And every class has a reasonable chance to beat them (although most mage builds are quite unflavored against them).
I would rather lose quickly to a face hunter than slowly to a res priest.
Because at around rank 10, all you start facing is Aggro Mage and mech paladin, which just beast the hell out of big priest. Barnes nerf really did ruin it somewhat, you can't get a big guy on board before turn 5 with coin or turn 6 and then if you don't get obsidian statue agaisnt aggro, you are screwed.
I hate polarized metas especially this, I lose if I don't have enough value, I lose if I don't have taunt, I lose if I don't have healing. I just want to play my Tess with the Quest without having to include Galakrond because it seems slow but I will have to put it because I will always lose if I don't put Galakrond.
The worst decks are face hunter and warrior Galakrond by the minions of charge draws + 4 / + 4. They do not require brains and are simply disgusting.
Honestly depends on the deck I want to play. Right now I am playing OTK warrior which is great against face hunter is completely shut down by priest with a near 0 percent chance to win.
I do think any form of res priest generally has to be at the top of my list though. I don’t experience that many problems with face hunter. The decks I tend to play are either aggressive enough to beat them (token druid, aggro mage) or heal enough (any warrior deck, quest druid, otk or highlander paladin)
I especially like beating face hunter with aggro. They generally realise way too late they should have been trading some more.
Without a doubt, RESURRECT PRIEST I literally rope every single turn just to be petty, if you wanna afk let's afk. Personally, I've been a Warrior main my whole hearthstone life. joined about gvg through tft, took a break, minor comeback around old gods, back now after DoD release, and face hunter never been a problem for warrior players. That deck is the reason I decided to invest everything in playing control warrior back in the day lol
Currently I am just hating this braindead Tree vomiting Treant Druid Deck. Its just stupid, doesnt need much skill and is absolutely no fun to play against. Too easy for him to fill the board, no matter how many Board clears exist.
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
Control is like Chess - using your given resources wisely.
Aggro is like Russian Roulette - Hope to topdeck the right card/ hope for the opponent to topdeck the wrong card.
Parallels to the IQ of the players of both games are, of course, coincidental ;)
I will go with the majority here: Resurrection priest.
A complaint regardless of class: I find the lackey nonsense to be boring and tiring. Watching your opponent play around with half a dozen lackeys while the rope burns across the screen every single turn is not my cuppa tea.
Resurect priest, Embiggen Druid, Face Hunter. All three are kind of a brainless decks with almost no effort from the player playing them to think what is best for the curent situation on the field. Just throwing some cards there... Not fun to play at the moment at all.
I started my first ladder climb with Druid an built up my little starter token druid deck and so I’ve felt like Druid is my class. I never thought I’d hate it if druid got some extremely strong cards because I assumed I’d love for my class to be overpowered.
Now the embiggen build and the associated cards have done exactly that to druid and I hate it!
I know the logic behind using a net deck but I think I have also identified why I cuss when I lose to a net deck: Because it feels like I lost to “fair weather fans”. When you pick your favorite sports team they should be your team that you root for in good times and bad but many people become sudden fans of the current championship teams each year. Those people bug the piss out of me. I think net decking hits that same nerve and so I finally figured out it’s not the current hot meta deck but the unfaithful to any personal favorite fair weather player I subconsciously associate the decks with
Generally dislike all aggro decks .... (I understand they give the game a "balance" in deck structures) - but also hate every single one of them.. But my votes are basically every deck in the meta, Face Hunter Any Rogue Right now (still seeing the deathrattle that everyone says is non-existent) Galak Warrior Res priest is fine - but divine spirit/inner fire is still ridiculous and allowed in standard for whatever reason Also, any deck that uses Leeroy - still think this card is a problem as well.
For me, it's Deathrattle Rogue. I tech Silence specifically for this deck and even then, it's never enough from having a 21 attack Leeroy Jenkins smacking you in the face.
I never found Face Hunter to be a problem. If you mulligan removal for the early game, they're going to run out steam VERY quickly. I also tech Kobold Stickfinger in every single one of my decks and he works like a charm. Super surprised nobody plays him.

Side question - I haven't kept up with Wild, and only recently got back into Heartstone. Why are big priests now extinct in wild?

Nerf to Barnes and Secret mage
quest rez priest
Well I’ve just faced 10 embiggen druids in a row, so I’d say embiggen Druid
OTK players suck.
The answer to this question will generally be whatever is the best deck is at the time.
People hate losing, and good decks win.
Rank 8 is lousy with Face Hunters and Rez Priests, so them.
Me: Plays Hearthstone
Blizzard: How about 3 face hunters in a row.
Me: Dang it
My top 3 in my list are these:
1. Face Hunter: So stupid damage with no effort at all.
2. Priest: You know..the one that resurrects Convincing Infiltrator over and over again.
3. Embiggen Druid: For this meta, hectic and opressive AF,especially if you don't win by turn 6.
I gotta admit, I hate secret mage so much and other really annoying deck is mech handbuff paladin :/
I will go with the majority here: Resurrection priest.

highlaner mage
this amount of mana cheating and random RNG is insane. i hate it so much.
and now we are getting Reno hero card too...
I just had a new HS experience:
