Also I think that 2x [card]Molten Blade[/card] and 1x Gorehowl can be the way for CW now. As we already can handle early agression with taunts and Molten Blade can give good midgame weapons, like Full's Bane, Brass Knuckles, Gladiator Longbow or Truesilver
I think CW with new quest will have a chance against jade, 8 damage is a lot and if you build that deck proactive you can pressure the druid and finsih up with hero power, grom etc.
Nice one, but will it not struggle almost without card draw? 1-2 acolyte can be placed here, say instead of I Know a Guy.
The goal for most of the cards is to keep the mana curve down (so I have things that will generally be played early game), while also using cards like I Know a Guy and Stonehill Defender to function like draw because you will be discovering 4 taunt cards from them, allowing you flexibility while also providing more synergy with Fire Plume's Heart.
That said, Acolyte of Pain (and Armorsmith for that matter) have synergy with Whirlwind, which would also merit the inclusion of Ravaging Ghoul. It's something to consider, but that's a big enough block of cards that Fire Plume's Heart may need to be reconsidered.
As experience has shown, I'm going to build anti-aggro because I'm expecting aggro to endure, and that's also going to give me better tools to apply pressure against Jade Druid.
Fierce Monkey will be rotating out of standard, and most of the options that would make The Curator work are either too expensive, or not good enough to use.

I'm looking at Alley Armorsmith as a possible replacement for Armorsmith because there's not much in the way of armor generation in the deck.
I Know a Guy is a just "choose some taunt minioin with 50/50 it will be good for now or not with a cost of 1 more mana". Yes, sometimes it can be cool when you can discover some early antiaggro like Bruiser or Tar Lord in control mutchup. But in most cases it is more reliable to place exact taunt minion in your deck you will need. I Know a Guy can be good if you need spell synergy, like you are playing Yogg, but mostly I doubt it will be good card for standard constructed, mostly arena card. And Stonehill Defender is a really great card for taunt quest warrior, it is must have and allways 2x inclusion. I also doubt that 2x acolytes is a right choise, but here only game tests will show that. Personally I will be going to include 1x Acolyte and 1xHarrison.
I also really didn't see that Monkey will rotate.. ) Thanks for the tip. The Curator, I'm sure, will be great card when you need to draw your King Mosh to clear board of jades or Primordial Drake to clear board next turn. But this is mostly control meta card, if face hunter, water rogue and zoo will be really dominant maybe that will be better to run single Primordial Drake, no curator and more low cost taunts. Also including 1x Sleep with the Fishes can be nice choise in this case. I think that 10-11 taunts and +2 from discover can be good amount for making quest in midrange/control matchups.
Alley Armorsmith is a just 2 attack taunt who can hardly kill something itself at midgame and also subject for a hard or spell removal. Even in trade situation on t5-t6 it mostly will give you just 2-4 armor. When it have say 4 attack, it is really strong and dangerous. But as a single minion with no support... Well, I will surely try him from begining, but I suppose some change could be needed for him ) Direhorn Hatchling can be nice. Usually "shuffle minion into deck" is a weak keyword, but for control deck like warrior it can be nice.
The one thing with Aggro I have learned playing since Beta... It never dies.
Aggro will adapt and return, as it has after every single adventure and expansion release. Even after hunter got nerfed TWICE, it rallied and came back again. And I'm betting this is exactly what's going to happen as Face Hunter has gotten enough tools from Un'Goro to be back once again... This time accompanied by Rogue, Shaman, and Pirate Warrior.

I'm going to be experimenting with this deck:
You complete the quest, you get to become Ragnaros-like... without shooting your HP and Armor.

I added a N'Zoth-based version of Taunt Control Warrior as one of my decks on my profile if anyone wants to take a look.
