Very not consistent. They could just made it something like "Give all minions poisonous." or "Give all minions 'Reborn: summon a random lackey'." to be consistent with the Plague mechanic but still without allowing the Rogue class to clear the board.

That's the classic rogue identity... giving weapons to enemies. 

This seems like a project to me, not a plague. I know that rogue is supposed to have no boar clears, but something like a Backstab on all minions would feel more like a plague

great card. great removal tool, also helpful for aggro and  how many rogue decks even play big creatures? (outside of  edwin)

This card is basically a Weapons Project from Boomsday.
