Hero Power
Card Clarifications
- You can never have more than one Shadow Reflection in your hand.
- Shadow Reflection leaves your hand at the end of your turn, so it only works on 5 mana cards or less. (Source)
- Death's Shadow is hero Hero Power.
- Shadow Reflection is the token spawned by her hero power.
- Remember how Stealth works! If you wish to attack, do attack BEFORE using this Hero card.
- Effects that invoke Mana Cost reduction will not be copied by Shadow Reflection. (Like Emperor Thaurissan ticks, Preparation, Shadowstep.)

i know people use this in mill. honestly a lower cost could make it usable in every other rouge deck because in every other deck i have tested this i think the only playable thing i did with it was play when out of lethal and drop an extra arcane giant. it is pretty bad otherwise. like hunter gets a 6 drop board clear and we get something that could be 8 mana instead.
The most interesting hero card
really conflicted if i should craft this or a bunch of other cards
Long live to Mill Rogue! We need you against Jades and Quest Mages! So nice they give Rogue this due with [card]Shadowblade[/card] which are makeing Mill archetype niche against control/combo decks.
This card is sooooo good in Wild Mill decks. Gives you an extra turn to stall, then on the following turns double up on key cards.
for me the best and one of the strongest Hero Card, but a little to slow. 7 or 8 Mana would be perfect. its like a ice block and the hero power has so much combinations with jades, spells and combos but this meta is to fast. and i love the skin
It's kinda stupid that you're complaining for a card that never saw play and is now in wild
I can't think about Shadow Reflection without thinking "STACK STACK STACK STACK STACK STACK STACK".
Today I found Valeera the Hollow during a brawl match. The opponent played Mindbreaker, but when I killed it, the Shadow Reflection didn't appear in my hand. Is this intended? I thought that Death's Shadow description was written like that (avoiding the usual "At the start of your turn") exactly for cases like that.
That's strange... Casting Valeera the Hollow makes it add to the hand in Anytime because its HERO Power change
is this.... bugged or maybe it intended on "start of your turn" or "casting DK"
PS: i Activate Valeera the Hollow while im in Valeera the Hollow(Mimic Pod from practice
it gives me 2 Shadow Reflection (1 copied DK, 1 Original)
this card needs a buff, lower the cost at least !
I can't craft a good deck so I added her to my jade-without-aya rogue. In many cases I just couldn't survive until my 9th turn. I don't understate why to make such an expensive hero card for such a tempo class. However, if it's drawn early and you already made some jades and board control, it's pretty difficult to kill you. I hope this card will get some mana cost buff or something.
the reason why this card is so expensive is you basically get one turn immune - which lowers the value of enemy board if your board is empty.
bro you have to decide whether you go aggro or control-ish playstyle depending on the opponents deck. you can pretty much understand what they got in 2 turns and the trick abou rogue is since it is king of tempo in hearthstone, you can decide and adapt the situation -- which makes it harder to play. just build a jade druid and play through rank 5 if you want to.
While I initially didn't really consider this a top tier deathknight because it doesn't have the healing/sustain of Jaina, ridiculous board impact of Gul'Dan or the insane machine-gun mechanic of highlander Anduin, I got a gold one in a pack and put her in my jade deck. She isn't really necessary to win most matchups, but she can turn a close game into an absolute landslide with shadowstep, shadowcaster, Aya Blackpaw and Spiritsinger Umbra, and can create some truly hilarious situations when paired with cards from other classes. In particular though, I find that this is a great clutch card that lets you stealth when things are going FUBAR, like when a mage is going endgame on you and uses Alex to set your health to 15 with an ice block up (it is also really fun to get double Cabalist Tome on turn 10 for 6 mage cards, at least one of which is likely to be Ice Block).
They should make it such that you lose stealth if you emote. Would be a nice touch
Funny thing as it says in the text stealth lasts till YOUR next turn.
So just killed a quest mage by using valeera after popping 2 blocks, mage plays his apprentices and Antonidas, takes another turn aaaand nothing :D
Good observation ;)
damn, nice one... now I wanna craft her just to see that happen
pirate warriors never change
