i think ozumant shouldn't be seen as a board clear. in fact it does a pretty bad job at only board clearing (delayed and conditional). instead this should be seen as a both tall and wide card that most importantly is a detterent for the opponent to answer to it with a board.
ozumat forces your opponent to resolve your suddenly big board with spells and only spells. definetly is a good card for me!

Can be gotten with Glaciate. Probably not good, since you only get them 1/4th of the time, but interesting nonetheless.
I think a lot would agree that this card looks cool and while it adds a lot of body to the board, we're still not gonna play him for real.
Not a good card. 14/14 of stats on 8 mana if you have a clear board is not even worth it anymore, and giving them a turn to clear however many bits they want will rarely get you to turn the game around.
Delayed board wipes only sometime work when they cost 2 mana and are played on turn 1 or 2. They never work late in games.
If you just ignore the deathrattle and think of it as a bonus, this is just, fill the board, buff the board sorta card.
pretty much shittier Gigafin
To me it looks like a delayed boardwipe, which doesn't seem great. If you don't kill off the main body on the same turn then they might clear the tentacles, or hit face before triggering the effect. Either way it puts the opponent in charge of the outcome which seems worse than a straight up boardwipe.
The other option is to kill it yourself in Warlock for example, making it a 9 mana boardwipe that also leaves the tentacles on the board. Is that good? I'd say also no.
The best use I see for this is as a value card, just a generic big minion, which doesn't seem great in the current meta, but it has some applications in for example Quest Priest.
Pretty interesting card, it's one of those cards where you can't be certain how it's going to perform until release. Since it's a Beast, I wonder if Big Beast hunter would run it. Would be insane to pull out of Sunken Saber
