Then you play the rest of your hand like you normally would, with one minion building strength on the sideline. I'm serious, I don't think you can buff him while he's still stealthed, so everyone needs to drop that strategy lol.
Since you seem to be referring to the Warrior a lot (current meta I guess) then you got to figure this; he still can't use Execute while the minion is in stealth.. 2 Whirlwind can stop him, and if someone was dumb enough to try, I'd love for them to waste it on my one minion. That'd be awesome. If you skip him and go for Acolyte on turn 4 for Whirlwind + Card draw that's fine....if I was a...say...Mage....Frostbolt the Acolyte. If you had Frothing Berserker I wouldn't have left it alive that long anyways, as in turn 4 Fireball just to have board clear...all the while my minion keeps building up strength. Or, if you're going control heavy, Sen'jin Shieldmasta turn 4, and just let him sit back and grow. I don't know, depends on the cards I have and if the trade is worth it. Because you're also assuming I don't have any spells to counter you either. Ironbeak Owl the Berserker and Frostbolt the Acolyte...card draw sucks but the board is clear and I still have my minion.
You keep him until you need him and control the board. When you attack, give him Blessing of Kings or Power Overwhelming next turn. It's something that can snowball when you leave it there on the board, like a Mana Wyrm or Unbound Elemental. If you don't have any turn 3 cards other than that one, I'd play, just to give my opponent something to think about as it get stronger.
Edit: I also see the potential for when they drop something like Ragnaros the Firelord and next turn you actually have something you can just ram into it and kill it with. By then, there's not AoE spell that can effectively take it out.
There's too much going on. It looks like you're trying to have an answer for everything, but the problem is you wont get very because everything lacks any real synergy.
It actually does do something. At most they'll have to waste an AoE spell on it if they really want to get rid of it before it snowballs. At worst you slap it down before you have any actual deathrattle minions in your hand.
Well I see him being very powerful in the right context....imagine adding him to a Shaman deck with Ancestral Spirit? The possibilities are endless, but as such a new meta will shift toward having a ton of silence cards in every deck to counter the Deathrattle effects.

You won't ruin this card for me. I have counters too. And yes, we've read its effect, we know it's not a Questing Adventurer.

You can't give him Blessing of Kings while he's in stealth I believe....
But like I said, keep him off to the side and have him ram into something that can be a potential threat later on.

The problem with that Secrets deck is you need one more Counterspell and maybe a Spellbender. Keeping those Ethereal Arcanist alive is crucial sometimes.

What's your deck? Shadow Word: Death and Big Game Hunter should effectively help you deal with giants.

Cairne Bloodhoof + Baron Rivendare + Ancestral Spirit....balls in your court now, bro.

No, he's an unlockable card.

The Baron Rivendare card looks pretty sick though. Imagine the value from Loot Hoarder, Harvest Golem, or even Sylvanas Windrunner. I wonder what would happen with Cairne Bloodhoof...

A Hunter with Crazed Alchemist? Wow...

Try this.

If you want to clear the board and maintain aggro while adding taunt, that's more of a tempo deck. In that case, I'd drop Bluegill Warrior and add Defender of Argus, Leeroy Jenkins for an Argent Commander, and maybe switch Abusive Sergeant for an Ironbeak Owl, just for the silence.
It just comes down to flavor. Test the deck out and adjust the cards accordingly. You can even drop the two Leper Gnome for Shattered Sun Cleric, and Blood Knight for Dark Iron Dwarf. Try that.
