It's so early in the meta, it's hard to tell. If you have your account in the NA, we can play a few matches to gauge where it's at.
Mostly everyone has been getting away with a lot of craziness lately, but I think within the next few days or so the Meta will situate and we will know what does and doesn't work.
I agree with MarineKing, my only problem with that deck was that fact that Frothing Berserker can go up to some insane ass number like 14-16 damage and just plow you in the face, even though it's way beyond it's 3 damage point. I think Blizzard just needs to take a look at how certain actions are ordered for certain cards, for example;
Death's Bite used on a Creeper. My thoughts were that you'd hit the creeper, it'd spawn it's spiders first, then the whirlwind effect goes off. Yeah, it's the opposite actually, but oh well. If they would just give a more definitive guide as to the order of which certain card effects are taken instead of this trial and error b.s. they got going on, it'd be a lot better.
The only time I'd say the game is decided is if you have a FACE deck and all of your 3 drops come out for the next 2 turns so you have no momentum, OR if you're playing a TEMP class and, again, all of your late game cards flood out and your top decking is trash. Even then it takes until about turn 4 to realize you're screwed.
Give the shaman another card draw mechanic that isn't a totem, like have it cost 0 mana and have something like "For every overloaded crystal, draw 1 card". I think that's fair enough, since the next turn after the overloaded they basically can't do anything anyways.
There should also be at least 1-2 more spells that don't require an overload but cost a normal amount of mana. Or change that one spell card that gives totems 2+ HP and give them 1-2+ attack as well. That'd be fun.
Sometimes that's just the way the cookie crumbles. Some decks look SO bad ass and you know they look fun to play, but sometimes you just got to wait until you get the right legends or else youre stuck with a half-ass deck, and NO ONE has fun with those.
Hey, thanks for your deck, it looks interesting and I have most of the cards to make it. I don't have Antonidas though, is there any good replacement?
Unfortunately, there really isn't a replacement for Archmage Antonidas [/card] simply because the decks synergy with the spare parts is what makes him so lethal. The [card]fireballs you get are supposed to be game enders unless you REALLY need to use them against heavy taunts. Uhm, I guess if you had too maybe Ragnoras the Firelord? It still doesn't have the same impact, though. Gazlowe might work.
You can try my Mage Mech Deck. I just switched a few cards around to handle the current meta, and I'm not taking credit for inventing the whole thing myself, but I did finally get out of Rank 11 which I was stuck at for almost a week and now Im almost Rank 7 with this deck.
The only real trouble I'm having with this deck is Ramp Druids. If they get Innervate + The Coin into Druid of the Claw it's basically a constant up hill battle from there. Even at turn 3 it sucks, and if your Execute doesn't show up on time it's gg.
Warlock Zoo Decks are still very annoying especially if they can crank out Defender of Argus. other than that I enjoy it.
You say v.s. Mage is a pretty even match up, if not in the Shaman's favor, yet I've been having issues setting up enough pace when they have 2 x Ice Block and stall until they get Fireballs and Pyroblasts. I hate that last turn infinite magic in your face until death crap.
The Mage staff feels like it's a bit too much. I think a 7 cost with a 5/3 that has maybe +1 spell damage, or maybe gains +1 durability for every spell used?

I played someone who played him too. Until I memed him with Dirty Rat.

I have a really good Quest Warrior and Elemental Shaman if you'd like to see.

I am surprised you don't run Tol'vir Stoneshaper though.

Do you have any quests or new legendaries for any class?

P.S. It also does very well against Tempo Mage. :D

I think the most I would have it cost is like 2 mana, anything more than that no one would ever use it.
