I don't know about two oozes, I think one is fine. I just like Argent Squire because of the early game potential with Rockbiter Weapon, but that's just a preference.

Yeah I think people forget that OTK's only happen when you have everything you need to make it happen in your hand all at once...and there's no taunts...and you have the mana to pull it off. That's a lot of scenarios to go through to guarantee an instant kill. It's hard to pull off but it's amazing when it actually works. I don't think any of them should be nerfed. Let's wait to see what other cards come out with the expansion first, then we'll go from there.

The problem with 'unconventional' decks (or rogue decks, as they are called in most card games) is that yeah, they're fun to play because they are your own creation, so you have a sort of connection with them and when they work they're awesome, but most of the time it just seems like they struggle to find an identity. Like, in casual it's fine, but when you go to ranked you'll see that the higher you get, it's the more focused decks that kind of run you over. Not saying you can't pull it off, nor am I saying you have to copy/paste all meta decks, I say just build off of your own gameplay experience and go from there. That's what I did with my Shaman deck and I'm at an 80% win ratio as of now.

You don't that many 'early game' minions unless you're at a rank where you're facing a lot of zoo decks, aggro hunters, and shockadins. Then you would have to adjust your deck accordingly. But, from what I see, other than the lack of Wild Growth it looks okay to me. Though I would replace the Argent Commander for another Azure Drake, just because you're running more spells that could benefit from the +1 spell damage, and the extra card draw always helps.

Healing Touch is kind of iffy, but that literally comes down to personal preference. If you want a more taunt-heavy control style deck, maybe adding Defender of Argus or Sunfury Protector would help out a lot, especially when combined with Chillwind Yeti, depending on what you want your mana curve to be. Combined with Wild Growth or Innervate, the early taunts and good usage of spells is all you need to control the board early. Sometimes you may get crap card draw and get totally zerged, but that's the draw back to running a late-game taunt deck, it's just the risk you have to take.

I say they just increase the traps to 3 is as well. Then I will feel more comfortable.

posted a message on Do people hate Zoo?

I don't know how you could consider "creature spamming" an illegitimate strategy. You have 2-4 spells only, and the rest are minions...which minions you use the bulk of your minions for trade, and they can easily be wiped out by any decent form of AoE. Albeit the Warlock's hero ability does make it a lot easier to get what you need faster, you still need to think about what your doing, and what minions to play and when. Is it annoying? To my Rogue, yes, to my Shaman, no. It depends on your deck and the build you use.

Hunters annoy me, but it's the meta. I could easily make a Hunter deck or a Zoo deck (which I have) but I don't like using them because the smart players (in ranked) use counter decks specifically for this meta, so if you climb the latter you will be unfortunate enough to run in to about every single player that will counter your deck. And it sucks. I don't hate it, but it's not my play style, I'll just say that.

Unless it cost 10 mana. Lol. Even then, why even give it damage if it destroys any minion anyways?

posted a message on An easy solution to EVERYTHING: 10 more starting hp

I really thought about it, and I believe the best solution (to Hunters, at least) is a way for each class, most likely by the usage of a neutral card, to expose secrets. Hunters have flare....so Hunters can counter Hunters...but there's no other way of revealing secrets other than simply activating or trying to limit your minion usage and work around them. Albeit strategy wise I see the method behind the madness, but the execution of the concept is severely lacking. I honestly think that, by the end of the match, I realized that it was the turns with traps played and sprung is when I met my ultimate downfall. Coupled with Eaglehorn Bow, it's devastating at times.

Perhaps if there were some minion minion (hopefully released with the expansion) that could reveal secrets on the board, I think it would make playing against Hunters a lot more fair rather than one-sided. I would normally not chime in on these kind of arguments, but the past 3 days I've faced about 20 hunters and about 7 other classes. It just gets ridiculous when one class is THE meta.

posted a message on Guide for New Players and those Struggling

Trump may be a pro, but understanding the lot of cards is something anyone can do. When you understand the meta of each deck, you can learn to adjust and build accordingly. Time, patience, and dedication are what will help you become and a better player and save up gold for expert packs. Money is not needed unless you really want your legendaries quick, fast, and in a hurry, but they are also not necessary.

I say save up your gold, buy packs, and try playing the class you got the most class cards for and disenchant the ones you dont want and just save your dust. Money isn't needed to win, it just speeds things up for people who don't want to or don't have the time to wait.

posted a message on Secrets Deck

It's just odd since most (if not all) Mage decks run Polymorph. It's just a staple and a guaranteed removal card for heavier minions. Even in a Zoo deck you really don't want to keep dealing with Doomguard when you can just Polymorph him the next turn. Also, if you were to run just Blizzard I would also suggest grabbing Ice Lance, since freezing the board allows you to deal greater damage, even if you combine it with Frostbolt as well.

As for Arcane Intellect, I get what you're saying, but the problem is that it costs 3 mana...and doesn't do anything else. Having a minion on the board, even if it's an Acolyte of Pain kind of changes up your opponents strategy a bit, where as drawing cards is just that....drawing card. Not much to think about as they keep hitting you in the face. If I may, I'd like to create my own version of this deck and how I'd like it built.

I guess I get it. I just never saw it played by a Druid before. It's a wonder no one runs Starfall anymore; I remember that card used to be a big deal a few months ago. I'm going to try and bring it back. :)
