I'm just another one of those. You know, those who do things. Things that need to be done by those that do these things in order to do those things that don't do these things by themselves. Has the word 'things' lost meaning to you already?

So, when a warrior uses Dead Man's Hand, what does that actually mean in terms of flavor? Is he the dead man? Does he cut off his own hand? Is that why he has Tentacles for Arms? Does he think that tentacles are actually as good as arms?
These reasons and more are why I think warriors are more mysterious than people give them credit for.
I’m late, I admit, since my call //Am late, implies that the card is from the new expansion
was three expansions prior //Three expansions prior should probably be Witchwood, but could potentially be KnC or Boomsday.
but I’m the meme-iest of all //A meme-y card? Interesting
Since I give you your opponent’s desire //A thief card?
Initially, this could be Togwaggle's scheme. Potentially taking many copies of a card your opponent plays is kinda meme-y. (Seriously, you could do some crazy stuff with that) You could spin Heistbaron Togwaggle himself as this, too, since he gives you a fabulous treasure, but that's not something that your opponent specifically desires.
It feels like there's something that should go with 'my call,' but I'm not seeing any crazy demons that are coming back, or, for that matter, the old gods.

For similar reasons as JibbaNerbs said, I'll guess Dr. Boom's Scheme. I don't really feel like there is a card relating to Hagatha in any way whatsoever.
Memedeck-seeker. Always tries to build new decks. Hates tournements, streamers, netdecks and poor-o players. ah, but a tournement mode could be great !!!

Nope!

time to do it again x d
If no one manages to get it by the end of today, I'll reveal the answer. Until then, here's a final clue
Is it 3 damage you need?
Another copy of Archmage?
Just hope it's not Emerald Hive Queen
Or I may be a portal to rage

Maybe Unstable Portal?
Oh, it's 100% unstable portal.
I looked quite unsuspecting at first //A random minion doesn't seem like too much.
Although my upkeep cost is quite high //That's the flavor text.
I’ve headlined Trolden many a time //Because it has
Don’t confuse me for a glyph
Although my outcome can be primordial //A reference to primordial glyph, a similar 2 mana card, that gets you another, discounted, card.
--
Although my number's look like twos and threes //2 mana, 3 discount
It's actually 1/3 of the annual GDP //Seriously, leaning super heavy on the flavor text here, like, seriously, check it out.
Entirely random and entirely broken //Definitely entirely random. Broken... Not sure exactly, maybe just because...
Gonna bring in Old Gods awoken //Sometimes, you get the absolute bananas outcomes, and I'm not talking Mukla.
--
Is it 3 damage you need? //That sure is a thing you might get from a minion
Another copy of Archmage? //Yup, can do.
Just hope it's not Emerald Hive Queen //An option, and certainly...
Or I may be a portal to rage // ...a 1-mana card that makes your minions more expensive isn't exactly what you want. Also portal.

Yeah, the high upkeep cost made me second-guess myself because I thought it meant a high cost card, but it’s all good
You’re right! It is unstable portal. The upkeep cost is a flavor text reference. Your turn destroyer.

On net, I'll guess Togwaggle's scheme.

Wait, wait, wait. Is it Archbishop Benedictus?
Voice line: 'My master will return,' Master being somebody missing, (E.G. the Old Gods, whose expansion was 3 previous.)
Gives you your opponent's deck.
Also, 100% a meme.
