It's still awfully uniteractive... If Ice Lance needed to go cause its only use was to enable huge damage combos then Inner Fire needs to go as well...
They never said that was the reason though. The stated reason was that it enabled an eternal archetype (the cycle/freeze/alex mage). You're mixing up the reasons given for certain nerfs (warsong commander, worgen warrior) with the HoF rotations.
edit: Don't let me stop you from being salty because of inner fire though, you have every right to be. :^)

This is the reasoning behind Ice Lance rotation,copy pasted from Blizzard's article on the Year Of The Mammoth so yes,it was rotated in a kinda failed attempt to kill Freeze Mage but also cause it enabled high burst damage combos so my point still stands XD.... More than Inner Fire right now I'm salty at Secret Mage... Mage was my first golden hero and it's still the class I play the most but hell that's one of the most frustrating Decks to go against.... The moment you know the secret is Counterspell but have nothing to bait it and then end up getting snowballed by a 1 drop... I hope it's just the flavor of the month and we won't be stuck with that Deck in the meta for long..
mages in arena are just to much to handle ..every turn generate from 1-10 one mage spell ..play around the entire mage card pool and just play into everything because it does not matter if u overextend or just play extremely conservative ..mages make sure u suffer both ways ..all my losses in arena the past 4 or 5 runs have been 90% mages and roughly 10% rogues
Sorry, this is probably the 5th time I'm complaining about quest rogue, but it feels so bad to lose to. I've been seeing a bunch of people saying that it isn't that good if you don't draw well, and the overall stats of the deck back it up. I don't understand the "It's not good if it doesn't draw well" argument because that applies to almost every deck ever created. Any deck, you draw poorly with, you most likely lose. What will it take for blizzard to throw down the nerf hammer on this? Un'Goro was so close to being a perfect expansion if it wasn't for the caverns below.
There needs to be a meme only mode for people trying to have fun. Ban the top 100 cards or something absurd. Cause 'casual' isn't a place where you can play a Warlock or Druid quest on turn 1 without the golden hero mouth breather on the other end responding with Innervate Fledgling or Murloc-coin-Murloc. If the game's going to get stale so quickly, make an outlet for trying other content.

I would love a play mode where certain cards are banned and people play each other with cards that aren't OP or capable of winning the game in 5 turns (or less.)

I played 5 ranked games this morning at 6am and every opponent was a bot. Is botting legal now or does blizzard just not give a fuck anymore?

This card was a 100% design fail by Blizzard and was clearly not even tested. Just get rid of the card.

Been saying this for a while, but we really ought to have game mode options for casual play. For example, starting armor, or starting higher health.
