I have to say that cards are getting boring as time passes. Hearthstone claimed they would be more involved with mechanics and sending out frequent card buffs and nerfs to keep the game from getting stale.
Game is getting pretty stale. I hate priest decks, they completely destroy any creativity. Same goes for DH, Rogue, Druid, Mage, Warlock,
It's always the same decks. exact same deck after deck, game after game. It doesn't matter what you play it's either win at the draw or water your deck down to try and survive an aggro rush. And this is lame.
How is it that HS keeps sending out these trash cards that are either too generous, or too fast?
Highlander decks need to go. No use playing against a deck that can always win/survive with 1 card.
Druid decks are complete trash.
So I guess since no deck is completely busted we won't hear from the Dev until next set. ZZzzzZZ....
??? u complain for almost all class what is wrong with you? so only cancer warrior, shaman, mage and hunter are fine? so u ban more than 50% of class. What a creative post. At this moment is nice that rogue can play galakrond and highlander, druid play spell, big/dragon or even still quest, priest galakrond and ressurect, warlock combo quest so we have many archetypes...
Actually, the game is boring if all you do is play net decks and grind the ranks. I myself am really impressed with the amount of interesting decks that are available in the game now. Moreover, the game is actually not so one sided as it usually is. There is no clear dominance of any class and you can pull off some really crazy combos. I myself have to say, that this is one of the best meta's ever.
Beauty if a game like hs is you can put it down for a couple of weeks or even months and just come back when you have the urge or new content drops. Just take a break and come back after the next expansion?
Though if you genuinely find it as bad as your post suggests then I'd really want to ask why you're still playing at all? If you're that unhappy, then don't play, why continue with something that you dislike so much?

I partially agree. You can enjoy playing some not-so-competitive but fun decks (right now I am having lots of fun trying different variants of Quest/Evolve/Galakrond Shaman). Even if you want to grind the ranks you can also have fun while doing it by slightly tweaking some net decks to add cards that make the deck maybe less consistent but more fun to play (e.g. Toggwaggle's Scheme in Gala Rogue decks to pull multiple 0-mana Kronx and OTK your opponent)

I disagree. I find winning fun. However, I can't rememebr the last time that I have played regular HS. I've almost completelty abandoned it for BG.
I agree that it’s boring as hell though. Playing against the same cards / combos / synergies again and again and again and again and again...
rogue? Pharaoh first card! Turn two? Coin and combo lakeys...
DH? Here’s your battle mage turn one. Turn two? Get a battlefiend!
Warlock - oh let’s play the quest card first shall we? Turn two, let’s hero power to see what happens.
oh Druid - fantastic! End turn end turn end turn, 2 extra mana (yeah!) turn 8?Let’s now play all my cards and draw another 5 at turn 9 in case I get a free dragon from ysera!
Paladin? Reduce cost of Librams at turn one... turn two let’s buff with my reduced librams.. turn 8? Restore 8 health and divine shield tank!
you get my point I guess... at the end of the day highlander decks are the only ones that are not predictable and I’d like them to stay
How new to the game are you? Usually there's only 3 viable decks to be sick of. Right now, even on ladder, I'm seeing more variety than I've seen in a long time. If you don't like playing against the same 6 or so decks over and over, then you would HATE every other expansion when its the same 3-4 decks over and over... The frequent updates were balance patches... If there's balance? It's hard to... Balance... More?

This guy gets it. Something needs to change more often than "oh, DH is broken af let's nerf".
That is literally what they said they were planning to do. Then, crickets...

I've been playing since GvG. Are you saying you're not seeing the same decks over and over again?
The purpose of frequent updates is to shake up the meta. Obviously there are cards that need to see more play, and some less.

To the OP: Do you live under a rock?
That's so sad. You must really have nothing better to do. And no, I don't live under a rock. Not sure why you decided I do. But maybe you can explain. You have nothing better to do.

I've done the same. I tried all kinds of Shaman as well. I even did exactly what you described with Rogue, even trying Shadow of Death and Stowaway. Pulling off some great combos. But after changing cards around many times coming to realize that you'll never get above a 50% winrate. Always falling back to D10 or D5. Why? Because of what I posted. It's the same decks over and over again that even if you know how to play against them they grind you to a halt. They're stupid in that you can play them blindfolded and win without even putting any effort into it. You can even play against them and call the cards right as they're playing them.
Time to push out some card buffs. What about all of those 1 mana Augmerchants that don't see any play at all?

Wow with one post you successfully complain about every cliche and even more! Nice combo, it was impressive:
- cards are trash
- the decks are boring
- the game is stale
- I hate priest
- highlander need to go
- no creativity (??)
- druid decks are trash (????)
- and cherry on top, you complain because no deck is completely busted...!! That's next level

edit: forgot palatin is also in game but still more then 50% are bad...
Yea, I was looking for some input on the OP, but what I got is "your post blah"
Read the title.
Coronavirus happened.
i hope that incoming of the new game mod will make hearthstone more dynamic and interesting
This topic is so useful and constructive. I'm impressed.
Illidan's solo adventure is coming soon
