This is in no way some definitive "I've got this figured out" assessment of the meta game in RoS. We're only 7 days in and August is a long ways away (you know, expansion two's month). This is simply my opinion on how this expansion is excelling at the early stages where past ones have failed miserably.
We're one week in and according to HSReplay, the top 7 decks are 7 distinct classes. As of this morning, global win rates are as follows:
Token Druid 55.81%
Mech Paladin 54.32%
Bomb Warrior 54.3%
Tempo Rogue 54.05%
Murloc Shaman 53.65%
Mech Hunter 53.54%
Khadgar Mage 53.01%
This is fantastic news and is a strong indicator of how healthy this set is for the game. 3% spread over 7 classes, each holding an individual spot in a viable way. I'm expect this to refine and bring forward classes like rogue and warrior, with hunter possibly taking one of the top 3 spots alongside them, but with how well the majority of classes are doing I wouldn't bother making any claims beyond warrior and rogue as meta definers.
And before anyone complains about bomb warrior or token druid or whatever, try to remember the not so distant days of Druidstone, of pirate warrior domination, or how about two weeks ago when midrange hunter clogged ladder?
Yeah, this is a fantastic early meta and we're enjoying one of the most fair spreads of success over the vast majority of the classes for a week and counting.
What do you think?

Rage quitting: the best way to ensure your opponent knows they beat a giant baby.
My assumption is that the various forms of Tempo Rogue will soon join Token Druid at the top or replace it completely.
I believe that it is probably the best deck by a good measure, and it's not being played as much because it's not as "new" as some of the others.
Zoo Warlock should probably be up there soon too.
That secret mech paladin is surprising. I wonder if it has the power to stick around. Rogue isn't always playing Sap right now, and that feels like a mistake.

Not really, as Control Warrior exists to punish some of the most aggressive decks and hard counter Tempo Rogue (felt it myself).
But still, as for OP's post, I agree completely. No deck has a 60%+ winrate, which is super great.
I find I come across a large variety of decks and it's great. Even though I'm struggling to consistently win with one deck because there seems to be at least 1 or 2 viable counters for most things its good fun.
People will cling on to what frustrates them though. If someone hates token druid, they may only face it every 3 or 4 games but it will burn in their mind and stand out. I'm having a great time with zoolock, it's not incredibly consistent and I have 5 game win streaks followed by 6 or 7 losses, making climbing fairly difficult but it's my favourite deck so far.
I see beast and mech hunters, control shaman types as well as murlocs, control and bomb warrior, druid and rogues are fairly common as well.
I don't feel like I'm playing against one class all the time, it would be easier if I were because I could just switch to a counter deck. Warlock and priest are the rarer of the classes but I still come across them and I don't really play all that much. Not compared to what I know others do. I think it's really diverse, that could change but for now, great job so far IMO.

I guess it depends on the type of Control Warrior and Tempo Rogue. If the Tempo Rogue is running the Lackey package, I feel it's a lot closer than if it's the Myracle/Burn stuff. Likewise, it's a lot closer if it's Control Bomb Warrior.

Where are you playing? Because at ranks 3-4, I'm seeing almost exclusively token druid and tempo rouge. 15 of may last 20 games against those two decks.
I am so happy Mech Paladin is competitive. It's my favorite class and after Secret Paladin turned out to suck I was very nervous. But I am doing well with the deck and enjoy it.
I agree the meta seems healthy.
The only deck that pisses me off is Rogue with the "draw a weapon and two pirates", followed by the 4 mana weapon and 2 free Dread Corsairs. That happens every bloody game I play against Rogue. I think that's too powerful and too easy a combo to consistently pull off. I don't really know if anything can be done about it. And I guess the win rate for that deck isn't ridiculously high.
I have a hard time to associate 7 classes in the top 7 decks with meta healthiness. That literally only means that most classes have only one viable deck.
However, as the meta stabilizes this might end up being kind of healthy. Let's see. I have a close watch on token druid, because it just has so much burst and waves. I can't believe how much I underestimated forests aid. Rogue is strong, but seems alright, I guess. The rest of the meta feels very fair.

I confirm that, tempo rogue hard counter token druid and is hard countered by any warrior deck.

Tempo rogue versus druid is literally 50-50 (50.3% in druid's favor, even). I guess you still haven't gotten the definition of "hard counter" down, huh?

Well, I played 29 times vs token druid with tempo rogue and win 29 times, never be in danger or luck/random/draw dependent in any of this games, yes, I call this hard counter, unfortunately the same is truth when I play vs warrior, not able to win a single game.

"Tempo rogue" describe any rogue deck where tempo is the win condition, probably the list changes a lot, my version with spell damage works much better vs druid and much worse vs warrior than the most popular version.

Why bomb warrior is better than control warrior? I played with and vs both version and looks like the control version without bombs is more strong vs other controls and both decks are good vs aggro.
Dam, I hoped I would have 1 or 2 more days before people start noticing Mech Paladin. But between this thread and kripp's vid, seems like it's going to become a lot more common. Managed to climb to rank 1 with it, but I didn't have the time to finish the job
Maybe I'll just wait for it to become popular and switch to control shaman to hard counter it and finish the job.

It isn't better, not by a long shot. As a CW player, bomb warrior is somewhere between a free win and little effort for me, depending how good his Blastmaster turn is. Bomb is also worse off against literally any other deck, excluding perhaps Summoner Mage.

In around 100 games so far 75% of my opponents have been tempo rogue, token druid and bomb/control warrior.
Yeah that's a super healthy meta... Anyone with a brain can see tempo rogue and bomb/control warrior are broken right now as well.
The only reason their figures aren't higher is because everybody is now forced to run 2 - 3 weapon removals.
The meta is also completely dominated by aggro decks. It's 1 of the crappest most unbalanced metas in the history of hearthstone.
'Healthy'
This game will never ever BE HEALTHY.
The lack of interaction on an opponents turn keeps ruining this game and will always favor quick aggro decks.
