Got lucky on some pack openings so after the Mammoth Packs I have some dust.
‘I’d love to craft some decks, but I’m weary of goings balls-out since the rotation is rearing it’s ugly head in a few months. I opened Blood-queen Lana’thel but I refuse to craft the other discard legendaries, so I’m ok with a budget version.
How long to wait before crafting safe stuff? A week or so? I don’t really play it safe, but I don’t want to blow dust either.
Kingsbane Miracle is at the top of my list. So much fun to play.
Are you sure you made your math good? For 5000k dust you can craft whole Standard in golden versions and still have another 4500k left. I think you actually have 5k dust which is 5 thousand dust and 5000k is 5 million dust
Blood Queen is one of the weaker discard cards IMO. 75% of the time I find myself having discarded it and the lifesteal is really only useful if you're going for a longer game plan with the quest reward and exhausting your opponent. Clutchmother Zavas at least gives you something to discard. I agree that you probably don't need the quest but if you're at all interested in discard, Clutchmother is a really valuable asset. The deck gets even better in wild with access to Fist of Jaraxxus, Power Overwhelming and Dark Peddler.
I feel like Kingsbane is a pretty safe craft as it will only get better as expansions add more buffs.
5 000 000 dust should get you every card in the game.
I guess you meant 5k dust and somehow banged your head 3 times on the 0-key.
It's hard to tell you what to craft without knowing what you like to play, but I would probably try making Cubelock if I were aiming to make just 1 deck right now. Big spell mage and big spell Priest is cool too....I've had fun with mixing big spells and elementals in mage, but that's not exactly competitive.
The Warlock DK is a pretty safe craft I'd say, same with Lich King if you wanna go for legendaries to use in Standard.
What is Hearthstone to you? A fun and semi-competitive game with wacky effects and crazy RNG outcomes or just a card game you wanna grind as many wins you can get as fast as possible in?

I mean, if you have five million dust you may as well just craft every card in the game right

OP won the sweepstakes already. 5 mil dust makes even Kripp sad.
Look at this thing and let me know what you think!
5k, my bad. Goddamn bear ;)
Don't spend it all in one place then.
