Seriously whenever I face with a rogue, he plays Keleseth on turn 2 how the fuck is that even possible. I played against like 25 rogue on the ladder yesterday and they always without any exception played Keleseth on turn 2 yet there is only one Keleseth in their deck. if you say they Mulligan every card to get Keleseth it is not really possible to draw Keleseth prior to turn two.
I think devs rigged Keleseth in order to maximize benefit of the card and it is not fair at all.
Yeah I'm pretty sure they did that too, they programmed it so players facing you always have Kenseth in their starting hand. Beware of the men in black suits when you walk on the streets!
I don't imagine a shit seriously you might say it is a baseless assumption yet it happens to me every time even they don't get it with mulligan they get it turn 2 by drawing card.
I play Keleseth Rogue, and have thebopposite problem: for the last 10 or so games I have not drawn him at all.
so I believe this is a case of selective perception on your side.
besides, if you hard-mulligan for Keleseth, you have a 20% chance to have him in your starting hand if you go first, and a chance >25% if you go second, so it's not really unlikely to have him.
there is a high likelihood of somebody feeling like that is happening, both due to confirmation bias and normal variation, buton average it should be one in five games, the main problem is that rogue is allowed to play that card at all, because the card removes rogue's weakness as an aggressive deck by making all your resources more efficient.

No bro it is not confirmation bias or I don't count only games only I lose against rogue that really happens yesterday I was trying to reach legend yet I lost every damn time I faced rogue because they played Keleseth on turn 2 without exception I lost damn 3 rank yet today nightmare continues to happen. I am feeling lucky when they don't have shadow step on their starting hand.
Statistically speaking there has to be some outliers who have had very bad luck against Keleseth players.
I reckon I've played four games today against them, of which they hit the jackpot twice.
Sorry, you're the outlier, but that's all it is.
ps. I think the card design isn't great, I think the arbitrary 2-cost ruling on the card is interesting as it diversifies deck building, but the very random nature of the card (pull it win, fail to pull it you struggle) isn't great for the game.

I don't know if I am really unlucky or there is another factors that makes it possible might be cards I play or something else in my deck triggers it.
There is no randomness in programming seriously it follows a specific pattern if you are persistently striking the same result every time there is more chance that something causes the result instead of real unlucky chain of events that happens one in millions.
Yesterday I faced a Rogue who was able to play Keleseth on turn 1 (with coin) and then used shadowstep to play him again. I considered conceding.
But I stuck it out, and eventually won. I got very lucky with some draws. I have to assume he got unlucky later.
But it's not necessarily over if a Rogue player gets him out really fast. It is certainly a dim start for you as the opponent, but anything can happen in this game... which is what makes it great and very frustrating at the same time.
You are either super unlucky, biased or you are just seeing the bad scenarios for you, for example, every Pirate warrior I faced always had N'zoth turn one 100% of the times and when I decided to play the deck I probably got first mate like 30-40% of the games and I was salty af but then I realized it's just a weird coincidence. We all have bad days and even if we want to play a lot thr game just shits on our face and says nope, not today buddy, so just calm down friend it's just an unfortunate coincidence.
Sometimes ya draw the nuts, but other times, Keleseth never shows up.
Somewhere in another post, the statistics of drawing the card by T2 were explained, and even I was surprised at how high they really are. I was all but convinced that the game manipulated the draw somehow, until I actually saw the math.

I wonder if that was me... I did that and had shitty draw the rest of the game. Playing Keleseth on curve by no means wins you the match. Even with shadowstepping him. All the draws in a game matter, not just if you have 1 card by turn 2.

You're imagining things. I play Keleseth Rogue and only get him by turn two in about 1 out of 5 games, which is exactly what statistics would dictate.
This is just your bad luck, really. If you will have Keleseth yourself you will never see it in your starting hand ;)

I played a bit of Keleseth Rogue too, and it was very inconsistent imo. Often I would draw almost my whole deck without getting him to show up.

I only saw rogue play turn 2 Keleseth once. Shadowstepped. And even then I beat it, don't know what you figure out.

I play keleseth, on curve turn two times only 50% of the time. The rest of the time I coin it turn 1.
is it a missplay ? Should still play keleseth on turn 2 only ?

May I suggest the very real possibility that you're in fact just lying?
Yeah, that makes sense. Case closed.
Still think the meta is fantastic? ;)
