Taunt Warrior is a hard counter, it's really difficult to break through all the taunts since you have to do it with your board of tiny dudes. Control Mage and Paladin also seem extremely rough, but they're a little easier to get a headstart on. I'm sure all of these contribute to its Tier 2 status, even though it's an absurdly good deck.

VERRRRYY fragile. They have that typical case where if you lose the board you just die. It's strong against decks that are greedy: decide to do nothing for several turns then try to throw something powerful. But against strong aggro or decks with good control mechanisms, they have a lot of issues unless they God Draw.
And God Draws only SEEM to always happen when it's your opponent.
Think it's been said but ya agro druid is inconsistent as they come. Usually topdecking win conditions against slower decks if at all or the all powerful gg opening hand.
It's pretty much a coin toss t1... Can they ramp finja? Can they fill the board? Can the opponent respond? Then gg either way.
it will be tier 1 in next meta report !!! same as with murloc paladin before last report.
I played it yesterday from rank 10 - 5 with over 70% winrate , it's ridicolous and beats everything except of taunt warrior but guess what ? they don't exist on ladder atm, I met only one.
Heavily reliant on mulligan; slightly favoured at best against hunter/PW, bad against priest and quest warrior which all make up a pretty substantial part of the meta. It's really just good against... rogue?

Look, I want to tell you something because you're very dear to me. And I hope you understand that it comes from the bottom of my damaged, damaged heart. You are the finest piece of ass I've ever had and I don't care who knows it. I am so glad that I got to roam those hillsides.

seems as if you have no idea :)
no quest warriors between rank 10 and 5 yesterday and I am 4-0 vs priest (you are super favoured).

Obviously. It's the start of the season and people want fast games for fast climbing. Come back and tell us about that 70% win rate tier 1 deck status the 25th.
Token druid is really really good. Taunt warrior is an extremely hard match and paladin can be problematic, especially faster murloc variants. But other than those, it can steamroll a lot of other decks (quest rogue and PWs get rekt)

Can we please have someone update the deck status to t1? Thanks to Dontbemad we now have all the data we need for such claim! I mean the deck is 100% winrate against priest, come on.
dude please... I am not telling that it's tier 1 because I went to rank 5 with it yesterday.
I am saying this because I know the meta cause of playtime and experience during last weeks. did you even know that the first legend on EU (Yogg_HS) reached it yesterday with aggro druid? Feno for example played it to legend yesterday also.
You just need to recognize what pople are playing succesfully atm to know what is tier 1 or 2.
I am telling you again, in next meta report you will have it confirmed by tempostorm.
What versions are you using? The hydra versions are extremely easy to beat.
I am actually playing the hydra version (NO MURLOCS) and nothing beat it yesterday except of some mirrors (unlucky draw) and one taunt warrior. list is in my twitter in case you want to know :

Tempostorm confirming the deck as tier one is the same as your cousin, who's, like, really good at Hearthstone, saying it's tier one. It's not that it's necessarily false - it's just an educated opinion. Same thing with having a top Legend player piloting it to rank one - it has more to do with the pilot's skill and the high Legend meta, which are not representative of the average player's skill and the general ladder meta. I personally will wait for significant data and fact.
That being said, Token Druid is a good deck, and has the potential to make tier one if the stars align (as in, the meta shifts so its good matchups are more prevalent). I'm guessing that it is more effective early in the season, as it's essentially a Zoo-like deck that punishes unrefined decks and Combo Rogue, and that can tech efficiently against Murlocs and Pirates. However, should it become top dog, it can be hated out. I don't see it as a meta-defining deck, more as a balancing force.

hello friends,
this is just to remember you about my words 5 days ago since tempostorm just published the new meta report and it is as I have promised you:
aggro druid is Tier 1 now , surprise surprise.
next time you should better just trust in a competitive player's opinion since he will always know it better because of play time/experience and meta knowledge as mentioned before.
it will be tier 1 in next meta report !!! same as with murloc paladin before last report.
I played it yesterday from rank 10 - 5 with over 70% winrate , it's ridicolous and beats everything except of taunt warrior but guess what ? they don't exist on ladder atm, I met only one.
I've faced 11 Quest warriors out of 153 matches so far this month. They are there still.
does it matter if its tier 1 or 2 ? the deck needs really good draw to have success and quest rogue can have it for breakfast ( quest warrior too) , vanish on living mana is the most fun i had in years ... leaving the druid with one mana on turn 7 unable to play anything is priceless !

1) Wow, I've never before seen such an arrogant response: "trust in a competitive player's opinion". And you think everyone else here doesn't play ladder? You must really really need to be right in order to find validation in your life eh kid?
2) You're EU, at least from your poor grammar and what I've seen so far, and if you're as intelligent as you claim to be you would know that different regions have different metas. What's Tier 1 in one region could very well be Tier 2 in another or Tier 4 in another.
3) Welcome to being blocked/ignored. If you're that needy of a person that you came back to a 5 day old thread to essentially go "nah nah, I was right" ...woo boy...I don't need your infantile responses polluting threads. Somehow I think I'll manage to make do without your posts being seen... ;)
Based on the time I have spent playing the deck, it has consistency issues. No card draw turns the mulligan into a make or break deal. If you can ramp a turn one Vicious Fledgling, or just have a wide board with buff by turn three, you will win. If your opponent puts up any taunts you are in trouble. You have to sacrifice too much to bust through a turn 3 Stonehill, followed by whatever turn four taunt they discovered. And if they have life gain, foget it.
Using TS as a point for reference is nothing short of idiotic and as I'm posting this I realize arguing with you is utterly pointless so I'll happily label any deck that can hit legend within 5 days of reset T1.

Have the best tools for aggro and I don't see any hard counters for them.

"you're super favoured playing 1/2s into a 1/3"
I barely saw aggro druid last season and I've not touched constructed yet but I'm like 20-5 with priest alone.
