Nope, sorry. Arena offers a slightly better dust/gold yield if you do decently at it. DE gold cards for more dust if you really don't care about the cosmetic value.
Also you will start getting dust faster as you start filling out your collection. With classic packs (I've been FTP since beta with an occasional purchase of an adventure) my collection is pretty much full except for some legendaries and epics. That means most classic packs are pure dust for me.
Like they said, arena and filling out your collection will get quite a bit of dust after a while. You also get 5-25 dust the end of the season depending on what rank you are. Try getting as high up in the ranks as possible, because you will get more and more golden cards which can be disenchanted or can help you fill out your collection even more.
I assume you just started playing. Nothing is easy to start my friend. 3 months of simple enjoyment of reaching rank 20 is enough. With new expansion you will get cthun to play around with so you will get more dust from playing rankeds. Keep buying classic packs untill you have literally 90% of the collection. First 3 months(until aggro deck) and 1 year to start "net decking" and you are good to go. Aim to get rank 20-15 every month.
Ps. Spend a little money if you enjoy it, nothing is free in this world.
You either have to invest your time (grinding gold and/or arena rewards) or your money to progress quickly. If you enjoy the game enough to invest either, go for it.

Average dust per pack is 105. Buying (and completing) Naxx for $25 yields 3140 dust, which is about 20% better dust than buying 50 packs of WOG for $50

Where the hell do you get 105 dust per pack average? With a pretty damn full collection (barring some legedaries and epics) I tend to get about 60-70 on a good pack. You get 100 for DE an epic you didn't want.

It has been demonstrated with a big enough sample.
If you buy 2-3 packs every other week, you will not see this average. If you buy 500+ packs and open them at once, the average dust will tend to 100 (97. something more exactly).

Not convinced? google it.
Couldn't find the math. Are they straight up dusting everything, repeats, or any card they don't like?

Is there a fast way to get dust because to me it seems to take forever to just get 100 of the stuff.

arena.
Eventually you fully dust 4 out of 5 packs.
If you have lots of time on your hands, arena.

Blizzard want either your money or your time to give you dust / cards. If you invest neither, you will get nothing.
Their business model is simply based on testing our patience.

I haven't really invested but I may buy some packs saying I have very few legendary cards too. How many packs can I get for 19.93$?
