I personally play The Caverns Below (crafted it this weekend actually) and I can tell you it's amazing. It absolutely kills Warlock and Taunt Druid, so if you're facing a lot of slow decks, I would recommend it. It loses to tempo mage and basically any paladin, but it's a fantastic control killer.
I also play with Jungle Giants, and although that one is definitely VERY expensive to run properly, it's a metric ton of fun. It does very well against slow decks such as Big Spell Mage and Taunt Druid, and while it also gets raped by aggro, I've found I can win some Paladin matchups more often than not if played well.
Open the Waygate was gutted by the rotation, and I have yet to see someone run it on ladder.
Unite the Murlocs is a niche card that I have very little experience with, but I've never lost to a Shaman quest deck, and I don't see people run it.
Lakkari Sacrifice is terrible, was terrible before we lost Malchezaar's Imp, which means it's probably beyond terrible now. Don't bother.
Awaken the Makers could probably be an option. I haven't seen anyone run it seriously, but there's cool deathrattle synergy with Coffin Crasher so who knows? Definitely not a competitive card tho.
The Last Kaleidosaur is just for memes lol. It seems to be a super fun card, and if you have Lynessa Sunsorrow or a good chunk of dust, and really don't care about winning that much, it could be an option. People like Kibbler love it, but I think it's mainly for the memes.
Try to use Awaken the Makers for more tempoish/aggroish deck. It really helps.
Memedeck-seeker. Always tries to build new decks. Hates tournements, streamers, netdecks and poor-o players. ah, but a tournement mode could be great !!!
Quest mage. Exodia is maybe the best quest deck out there. Also the most fun.
Shaman quest is also strong in wild. But i prefer my murloc shaman without quest because its an aggro/tempo deck.
Do nothing turn 1 is most of the time reallybad for you.
Warroir quest gets third place because of weak taunts. Could be good in wild in the future.
Quest rouge sees play but the nerf was really hard. Other rouges are better.
I would not recommend you to craft quests overall. Deathknighrs are way more competitive and fun. (Exept mage. Maybe exodia is my all time favorite. But you need allthe cards. Is maybe expensive for a f2p)
Quest Hunter is a deck that can go toe to toe with many decks given the right circumstances. The deck might become Tier 1 with the addition of a 1 or 2 cards that support the archetype. Will be definitely Tier 2.
However, that is not the talking point of the deck. The talking points are:
1) It is an extremely fun deck to play. It might go down as one of the most fun decks to play, ever.
2) It has an extremely high skill cap. Yes, a Hunter deck has an extremely high skill cap.
Now, the problem arises given the power level difference between decks right now, you need to tech against the top decks. Cubelock, Tauntdruid, Odd/Even Paladins and Spiteful decks. Spiteful is the easiest to win if you draw Toxmonger along with Boar or Archer. Against Paladins you need to go toe to toe with them, meaning mulligan away the Quest, which kinda defeats the purpose of the archetype. Cubelock, if he summons Doomguard and you don't have a reply, they do a lot of damage next turn. Taunt Druid is disgusting if you can't silence at least one Cube.
If you REALLY are looking for a FUN DECK, the I will say you will not be disappointed by Quest Hunter.
The Paladin Quest is cool, if you put in Baleful Banker and Zola you can play up to 4 ginourmos Lynessas ;) Ring the Bells on Primalfin Champion gives you every copy you cast back when the champion dies, with the normal paladin control tools like Consecration and Pyromancer + taunts it's pretty decent against aggro :)
I played against some priest with awaken the Masters. He ran Benedictus and baleful bankers, with twilight's call and anduin as a win condition. It must be the most boring deck in the world to play.
Someone sounds salty for losing against it. But i reckon the same lol
Here is a deck list.

If you craft quest. You craft them for wild mode.

It is much better to invest into death knights. You can use most of them in any deck.

good(tier 1/2/3 current decks): Rogue,warrior.
playable(but probably not that good):shaman,hunter
memes:warlock, paladin
wild: priest, mage
dont craft any quest for at least one more weak then the meta will be solid but if you still want to quest warrior seem to work in an odd deck
