No. You can always play the new cards after next expansion. Maybe helps you decide if you craft another card even if the blizzard decks are not perfect. Also if you stop playing Hearthstone and come back in a few years you can try all the newest decks at that time.
I see mage with high Potential but this list is too clunky (if you try to run it on ranked). Ooze+piper>>2xplated beetle and maybe alex>>pyros or acolyte. Maybe 2x acolyte. You need draw for jaina. Playing her on 9 is so important.
Quest mage. Exodia is maybe the best quest deck out there. Also the most fun.
Shaman quest is also strong in wild. But i prefer my murloc shaman without quest because its an aggro/tempo deck.
Do nothing turn 1 is most of the time reallybad for you.
Warroir quest gets third place because of weak taunts. Could be good in wild in the future.
Quest rouge sees play but the nerf was really hard. Other rouges are better.
I would not recommend you to craft quests overall. Deathknighrs are way more competitive and fun. (Exept mage. Maybe exodia is my all time favorite. But you need allthe cards. Is maybe expensive for a f2p)
No. If you kinda F2P only consider to craft tier 1 cards. Only exception is if your class is paladin. Then you maybe want to own all the cards of the one class you main.

Genn = warlock paladin shaman
Baku = rouge mage warrior (priest)
Choose the class you like more or already have a lot of cards with.

Big spell mage is doing fine. Only recruit hunter is hard.
