Natural Disaster - Summon two copies of target minion.
Imagine what can be done with that - If you have Shade of Naxxramas from early game until now like 7/7, you can now get two copies with total of 21 damage (24 next turn)
Maybe its better card for mage instead of druid, but control druid can also have some great results with that.
The thing is, that you actually loose a turn for this and your big minion has to survive the round, possibly to protect it with many taunts, druid can use.
It is finisher like pyroblast. You can attack with your minions, then cast it, then attack with your weapon. Effect of this card is like giving all minions windfury but you can deal damage through all taunts.
It is a warrior epic 10-mana spell that is pretty bad against aggro matchups, as are most of the 10-mana spells, but would be a game-changer against many midrange or tempo decks. Against control decks it's a tossup, as doing nothing for a turn could be pretty bad but if they have a lot of cards in their hand and are playing a reactive deck, it will make it a lot harder to combo and play their removal.
Intimidating Shout raises the cost of all cards in your opponents hand by (3), but can't raise them above costing (10).

My submission. Similar to Pyroblast, but with more target and spell damage potential. If anything, I wonder if the friendly buff should be made stronger, like +4/+4.
10 Mana Spells should be strong enough to turn the game around but not so strong that playing them will decide you the game instantly. Mass Ressurection does deal with one of the biggest problem of Priest: we have so many combos that having them in your deck take a lot of space, and you missing in the end minions that deal with them. Mass Ressurection allows you to try combos without running out of minions in the end. Also it allows strategies to fatigue the opponent without being affected yourself.
The Goblins designed their mechs to withstand everything; fire, arrows, swords, even dragons. Unfortunately, it seems salt-water was not in the goblin definition of "everything"...
A mass silence that also serves as a counter to the mech agro currently running rampant. Looks like Dr. Boom is all wet :p
Edit:Added a more powerful effect to better match the high cost.
Here's a fun little Warrior card I cooked up after I tried to make a Warrior deck with this theme: Gives you some minions to work with to regain some board position in the late game, or can help you get that finishing damage

Its meant to be called Revenge of the Brotherhood but that didn't fit in the card creator.
This card is a guaranteed combo activator for all combo cards, but you probably want to have a decent amount of them to get value from the card. That is why the card draw is in there to increase the chance that you will have some combo cards to use. Ideally you could use this followed by an SI:7 agent and Eviscerates and maybe even Kidnapper to control the board followed by a big Edwin. It is like a more situational mega Preparation with a bigger potential upside. Might be broken with some of the other 10 mana rogue combo spells people have submitted here though ;)

You can copy your 5/10 Ancient of War for better defense or possibly Ragnaros the Firelord
