Hey. does anyone have some feedback on my submission? Is it underpowered, overpowered, or balanced? I've never been the greatest at judging a cards power, so this would be helpful for my future submissions.
I like your Bristlesnarl, I'd make him at least a 4/4 statline for 7 mana though. looks good!
Kinda like Sylvanas Windrunner, but less powerful in my opinion. This can still impact the board, especially in the late game. Severely punishes power plays like The Lich King on turn 7.
NOTE: If this card is bounced back to your hand, it counts as dying according to the game's code. Therefore, no infinite take-back shenanigans with Rogue.

Thoughts?
I'm not sure if this is too overpowered, but I like it. The politely part makes the card 48% better. BUT, in order to be perfect, you should word it like Power Overwhelming (With a dot instead of a comma, and then capital P in politely).
I'd restrict it to a class (that's not Rogue, nor Shaman (Evolve)), cause I don't see the part you wrote about bouncing back is true. If I bounce Moat Lurker up to my hand, it wont resummon the minion as the Deathrattle don't trigger - just like here. If you can come with an example of why it should work like you mentioned, I'll gladly eat my words.

I see your point, but my thought process went along the line of Obsidian Statue; where if you Sap it, it still kills one of your minions (from my knowledge and first-hand experience, maybe he had a full hand). But you're right, if Blizzard is too shallow to do that sort of thing with Moat Lurker, then I'd doubt they'd do it for this guy. Another issue is that I find it very tough to place this in a specific class thematically because he doesn't really fit their ideals, so I made him Neutral. But I will take your opinion.
So here are two versions of the card currently:
I know Priest has silence effects, but they rarely run it these days. Purify is long gone, and I think Brian Kibler is the only sane person to run the card Silence. I'm not a big fan of the second version because it's not worded as nicely as the first one.
Fun Fact: In the encounter against Russell, if you wait a while before ending your turn, Russell hums along to the tune playing in the background.

I think the first version is great. The more I look at it, the more I think it has to be 4-mana minion, and maybe with a 3/3 statline. I'd vote for it either way though.
Lyris the Wild Mage: Paying 9 mana for a 1/1 body would lead me to expect I get something else spectacular that turn. Taking you idea into account. We can make this more of a build-around card with "Battlecry: Cast all spells you have cast this game. (Targets chosen randomly)" I would even bump the stats to 3/3 or something like that. This way you get a Yogg-Saron, Hope's End effect, but you can put in spells like Flamestrike and Greater Arcane Missiles so you don't have to worry about the random targets hitting you.
Seriona: Most cards won't be affected by her battlecry, at least in a positive way. Murlocs and other small minions have lower Attack than their costs, and other cards like Malygos and Jade Behemoth actually benefit from the effect unless you planned on casting Shadow Word: Death on them. I think a more general Battlecry would be better, say reducing all enemy minions' Attacks by (2) should be powerful but not oppressive.
Russell the Bard: You can also make Russell a battlecry. but repeatable like Spreading Plague and Defile: "Battlecry: Take control of the enemy minion with the lowest attack. Repeat if your opponent has more minions."
Thanks for feedback! I will modify Russell the Bard and submit later.
I like your Voodoomaster Vex, and shall vote for it.
Today in my free brawl pack I got Barongeddon, then I had a cup of fresh green tea. As a result of that, I think Priest is OP because my keyboard is not a mechanical one. I hope Blizzard will address this issue.
Is there any way to be automatically notified when a new WCDC starts?
Currently my best suggestion would be to follow the mods who regularly post the Discussion and Submission topics - that would be myself and ThisOtherGuyTox. By doing so you will receive a notification whenever we make a post. You can follow someone by going to their profile and clicking the follow button.
Obviously this isn't an ideal solution, since you'll get a notification for every post we make, rather than just the WCDC posts, but I believe it's the only option available on-site right now.
Beyond that, the intended schedule every week is:
Discussion: 2100 UTC Wednesday
Submission: 2100 UTC Thursday
Submission Close: 2100 UTC Monday
Final Poll : 2100 UTC Tuesday
We do try to stick to that schedule as far as possible, although it can change depending on how time consuming the rule checking that week is, or how cooperative the site is being, or if there's a miscommunication and one of us messes up.
@ShadowsOfSense- aight, thankee. I was hoping there'd be an easy on-site option, but I suppose I'll stop being a lazy bum and just set a weekly reminder.

Thanks for the feedback, sadly I already submitted it as a 3/3, but I will take that into account next competition.
After some thought, here's my idea:

Not sure about the cost. For druid, I think achieving the deathrattle would not be very straight-forward. Is it too OP?
Heyo, mod peeps!

You can find me here! Good luck everyone!
I'd love https://www.hearthpwn.com/forums/hearthstone-general/fan-creations/212391-weekly-card-design-competition-7-07-submission?comment=89 for Exodia Mage.
This + Sorcerer's Apprentice + Time Warp is much nicer than the usual 4 cards + Time Warp, lol.
