you literally just countered his argument with "but your argument doesn't make sense in my fantasy world so I'm right". There are easily over a thousand minions and probably almost a thousand spells in the game right now, so I'm pretty sure even your galaxy brain can't even imagine all of that. This is why cards are revealed early, so that people can point out mistakes or stupid combos like this. In fact, if you're so damn good at game design, then you go and join Blizzard. I'll be waiting when you inevitably forget a combo and make another Shudderwock and show you this thread.
"let's make all new cards incredibly underwhelming so that there's no possible combos that could maybe be a minute issue that people will still bitch about on forums. Who needs balance patches if all cards just suck anyways?"
I loved Deathrattle Rogue back in Boomsday, all the way up until the rotation. I played every iteration, the one with eggs, the Odd list, the big list, you name it. Once the rotation hit, I tried to get this deck to keep working, but I couldn't do it, so I sadly dusted my Deathrattle cards to fund Bomb Warrior and Murloc Shaman. And now I see this list and I see people having great success with it.
I didn't feel like going for the fancy legendary route. Here's a nice and simple card that I am really proud of, at least flavour-wise:
The flavour being you're in a jungle and you're a woodsman. So you probably have an axe to cut down a tree, maybe a banana to munch on in the afternoon and you'll probably find a monkey along the way.
Yeah, I've been floating over to Mech Hunter since Tempo Rogue, my go-to deck is getting nerfed. I feel like SN1P-SN4P is going to be a very useful aggro tool in Mech Hunter as well. However, I have been trying out Brian Kibler's Deathrattle hunter as well, and although it's slower, it feels much more fun to me. I just enjoy getting to cheat out big shit and leaving my opponent with no way to answer the board. I also just like Oblivitron.
Awesome deck, I really like how you combined two archetypes to make a deck that's greater than the sum of it's parts. That being said, I've seen quite a few people asking for some less-budget replacements, so after experimentation here are my two cents:
- If you want a slower version that leans more towards general aggro and can help stay on the board better, try adding an overload package; that is Likkim, Thunderhead, Zap!, Voltaic Burst, etc. You can also add Sunreaver Warmage with Rain of Toads for some heavy hitters and finishers.
- The list with the highest winrate on HSreplay is the one I am having the most fun with, however it can be quite slow and can be somewhat inconsistent with it's draw.
- I don't think the mech package is going to cut it for very long. It works very well with this budget setup, but if you want to upgrade the deck, you're going to have to forego the mech package.
I don't think Flametongue Totem is that worthwhile, especially after the nerf. Sludge Slurper is just so insanely powerful, I think it's one of the core cards for the deck aside from Underbelly Angler. I don't think Scargill makes the cut either, it just feels pointless, most of your murlocs cost 1 or 2 anyways.

Your change is even lazier.

If cards get nerfed, Blizzard gives us dust. However, if cards get buffed, do we owe Blizzard dust...?

I feel like people are going to be more attracted towards the insane paladin deck with like 19 cards that cost more than 7.

Guys, why so many downvotes? He's not an idiot, he's just trying to make a bad joke.

- I've found that the best way to run this deck is to go full on Murloc. That is, Murloc Raider, Grimscale Oracle, Ghost Light Angler, Nightmare Amalgam, etc. This version is the fastest of them all, just smorc till you win. It's relatively cheap, too.

Yeah, it works perfectly fine. The only issue is that you can't see how much mana your opponent is overloaded for, so maybe that's your problem.

Archmage Vargoth and Mind Blast are both free cards anyways.

By Taunt Druid do you mean Lucentbark Druid?
