I challenge the naysayers to actually play a game as Hunter and count the minions you summon. Stop when you get to 20 and note what turn it is. Do this several times and find the average turn you would have completed the quest. You might be surprised.
And this is all without even building your deck toward the quest.

summon 20 minions make it look really unplayable compared to rogue/priest quest. How they define numbers that's quite insane. Make priest quest restore 30 health up from 15 and this quest still will be more usefull than hunter one.
I guessing thats long awaited hunter meta "nerf" , something like this happend to warrior not so long time ago.
Well it is "meta-defining" in terms of making you build your deck in a certain way to help achieve the quest goal and then have a win condition, which is a bit contradicting as they said the new quests should feel natural and not have your deck tailored for them. That being said the reveal stream showed how powerful it can be with Revenge of the Wild, also Swarm of Locusts will help finish it faster, as will Desert Spear. I think the point is to play "control" Hunter and generate value from your cards then "unleash" (pun intended) the beasts.
Strong card. 20 seems like a lot until you factor tokens. Then the power can be used on small, sticky minions. I foresee it's going to see use. Maybe not a Tier 1 deck, but T2 for sure imo.
This is basically 2-mana Savage Roar that can be applied every turn. Don't sleep on this one.

I usually summon a dozen minions way before the late game, especially when Rat Trap gets swapped for Snake Trap or Revenge of the Wild (depending on my local meta). It appears much harder to summon 20 minions than it actually is.
probably not that good, its actually really slow despite being given all the tools to make it not, and the HP doesnt really do any better than the current ten mana otk rhino combos
i play quest hunter deck enough to realize what problem with this card :
1/ this probably only good for midrange/token deck and skip turn 1 is such a huge disadvantage
2/ you either win by the time you complete this quest or you minion just to easy to clear and the reward became useless, it exactly like the old Canassa issue when 1 mana 3/2 draw card sound bonker but at turn 7+ it just too fragile. Basically a win more card
3/ hunter has very limited card draw, how could you play a deck require some deck building/synergy without card draw ?

20 minions???? how???
Hunter does not need to skip first turn. He can play just before summon minion card.

it conflicts too much with zuljin, no reason to play this i think
Hunters are way dumb and savage to understand the quests concept, that is why all quests for hunters sucks.
can honestly just put this in a midrange deck to give you an extra push at the end
actually not so bad, cards to make it in beast oriented deck (to call masters call):
snake trap
unleash the hounds
the new alpha hyena
highmane
halazzi
the new 3 drop which summon 3 1/1
the new weapon which summon 1/1
springpaw
hench clan hogsteed
the new 6 mana which fill your boards.
And obv revenge of the wild
The new hp synergise strongly with the deck, maybe playable.
2 mana Savage Roar hero power, easiest condition in the world, people call this "trash" really?
Welcome our Token Hunter overlord.
Not to mention all the support for this quest in this expansion in case it wasn't easy enough for hunters to summon 20 minions.

Does this work with minions summoned for the opponent? Aka, the imp boardfiller, or the new dirty rat for hunter.

Seems really bad.

But it could be good if you have spells that summons minions, thats the easiest way...But yeah...im not sure that could be even in a mid range deck
honestly I have no idea why people are saying "bad"... if you watched the reveal stream the power of this card was enormous!

Cool Hunter gains again the worst quest. Time to play more mech hunter.
