Given that reverts would happen in the patch where they add the expansion (usually the week before, so Tuesday), and we haven't heard about reverts yet, would they announce them tomorrow, or is it possible they just aren't doing them this year? (In which case, Justice for Renathal)
It's better at minimum due to discover instead of random, as well as 5 cost vs 4 cost. Maybe not amazing, but I don't think it's bad in a midrangy deck, which most are nowadays.
Please stop referring to random amalgamations of cards as meaning a bot is involved.
I (and thus humanity) take full responsibility for the Reno, Renathal, Blackrock, Taunt, Excavate warrior, and any self respecting bot would probably not torture themselves trying to play it.
I don't know if you're trying to be funny here... or simply can't read... but I made it pretty clear which decks were bots/suspected bots, and it was none of those (nor have I actually run into any of those yet - the closest being an Odyn Warrior deck).
It was attempted humor. Guess it didn't land. My desire to try new things leads me to play really weird decks before rotation.
They’re definitely not Blizzard bots, for the most part. They are the Chinese arena bots with mostly consonant only names for whatever reason.
I'm tracking my ladder climb this month (mostly for the deck writeup, but also for this situation).
I'm 24 games in, and 6 of them I am sufficiently convinced were bots (by both naming convention (color/noun), manner of deck construction, and/or play style). Another 1 or 2 MAY have been bots, simply based on their fairly odd deck design (or lack thereof), but their play seemed to have the sorts of erratic motion/logic and variance that normally would indicate a human operator.
So far this climb I've yet to encounter any of the kanji-named decks I saw last month.

I believe the Ogre thing was added later, due to fan request on Twitter and no balance concerns. So I don't think that's something to mark consistency off of. Keywords like echo do not do the same thing with keywords like repeatable this turn. I highly doubt they work together.
Given that it just draws a card, I actually expect that slot to go to plucky paintfin. Poisonous means it can actually contest the board, and most decks have rush minions nowadays.
Which is why they are only releasing this after shadowborn rotates. This isn't exactly breaking wild.
Edit:Saw what you said about playing wild. And still. Aggro decks will jump down your throat the moment you try, and even something like even warrior could probably kill you with a brann angle, or have time to play odyn and kill you, especially with the limited supplies you have.
Honestly, my two favorite cards nearly to this day were Baku and Genn, and Witchwood had probably one of the most diverse metas we've ever had, in terms of number of viable decks.
So I would lean towards agree for that year, especially given that the other options for best that year are Rumble or boomsday, and boomsday is the only one I'd consider due to Wizbang/Magnetic being fun.

I would be interested in a twist mode which is just this style of deck building, as in 3 copies of 10 cards.
Also, if you wheel first to clear your deck, reno removes the enemy Dorthee, which is rather funny.
Also 15/15 charge phanotems go Brrr.

The bottom section is battlegrounds cards, not standard.

It does probably leave Bane of Doom crying in a corner though.

Fancy packaging, while I think I understand it, is not a complete sentence. But I assume it draws, than gives the minion you drew.
Edit: I think I'm stupid. I don't know how I read draw a minion with divine shield.

It's basically a 2 mana Clockwork Automaton that works for every hero power, so you aren't wrong.

I thought toymaker was 4 mana battlecry, and I felt raw fear for a minute there.
Also, Sing along buddy is decent support for pretty much every even deck.

Well, they were careful to have shadowborn not in standard at the same time as this card.
