I dont think it will see play. Warrior's current state doesnt need taunts to stay safe(He has lots of armor gain). Also Warrior has great win conditions like bombs, fatigue, mechs so buffing isnt enough to catch them.
Probably Warrior's quest will be like play x taunt minions. Let's wait other cards to see what will happen.
I'm excited for this in Wild, I'm sure we'll get a couple more Warrior taunt minions this expansion, and might be able to put the deck over the top with everything else there. But I agree for Standard right now: a little boring and underwhelming.
There is no way that handbuff taunt warrior will see play in the meta of the new shaman mass polymorph spell. No way. At least until inevitable nerf of Plague of Murlocs happens.
Card is "very good" by itself, but in context of already revealed cards my vote is "bad".
This card would be absolutely hilarious with Togwaggle's Scheme and Tak Nozwhisker. With an empty hand, you can add a ton of copies of this card, each of which buffs all remaining copies in your hand every turn (e.g. if you get 5 of them and play 1, the remaining 4 are 6/9 taunts by the start of the next turn; if it doesn't die and you play the second one, the remaining three are all 10/13s).
So when a class is dominating what Blizzard tends to do is introduce new cards that fit a completely different archetype from the existing dominant class paradigm.
That's... basically what this is. In a Taunt Warrior this is very good. Nice health total for it's cost, 4 attack is as reasonable as a defensive card needs it's attack to be, There's already lots of good taunts to play this with, Amani War Bear and Zilliax LOVE this card. There's Safeguard, Hecklebot and Applebaum, Tunnel Blaster's pretty decent. Proud Defender & Rabble Bouncer are pretty cool.
I think there's potential here. The loss of tempo is usually what messes up handbuff-style cards, and this is pretty good tempo so yeah.
Cards like this need to add to a bigger win condition and not be the win condition of the deck(because of 1/30). Depending the meta it might see a little play against the midrangy aggro decks. Can't wait to have fun annoying aggro players.
Cards that buffed your entire hand unconditionally were proven to be more or less crap throughout hearthstone’s history. So i kinda fail to see how a conditional hand buff can be any good.
This isn't great for standard. However if they are looking to stop the same boring meta in Wild then the will work, Taunt Quest warrior this will certainly start to see some more action.

Handbuff card with taunt that effects the board seems solid.

Bolster and Fire Plume's Heart synergy + good warrior 6 drop ? Instant craft
It's a playable card, but without much more significant support, this won't see much standard play. If it was a Mech, that'd be a different story.
Reoccurring bolster on a body.
Won't survive longer than a turn most of the time so the value isn't really that crazy.
Another control warrior card
Playable but not interesting enuff
400 dust, why play this when you got Dr. boom and mechs...?!
Imo, won't see play in a main deck while Dr. Boom is in standard. Might have some applications in wild and after Boom rotates or if he gets nerfed.

What did the handbuff paladin do to you?

its probably good but honestly its a bit lame and uninspired. It doesn't do anything new or cool.

Looks ok for me. Depends on the set cards
My current mage deck (wild,reno,otk,highlander)
My current hunter deck (wild,reno,highlander)
"The game is dead"
Every salty hearthstone player

Release the Kraken!
Handbuff -> negative
Handbuff only for specific minions -> doesn't make it better, but at least it makes the expensive handbuff mechanic a little cheaper
The stat line is not bad, the chances that it survives at least one turn are good.
Overall: bad, borderline playable
