Honestly, I would rate this card maybe 4 stars? It's actually a really good tempo card in my opinion. Yes, the downside is that the other player gets two coins but when you play a 5/6 drop on turn 4, or even turn 3 if you're going second! the other player has to spend their entire turn and some of their resources to deal with this minion. If you are behind it pushes you to deal with their board. I really like this card because of its immediate effect on the board.

Sure...
Opponent play a powerword in your dragon and have a free setup for Lyra in next turn or a free deadly DK...
Opponent play a coined Vile in your dragon and can summon a Bonemare in the next.
The other match-ups don't look too dangerous, but 4 mana 5/6s are usually not worth it anyway. At least this nerfs Netherspite Historian and Bone Drake, I guess.

Start of Year: Provoke the failure of 3 expansions, force nerfs on otherwise balanced cards, bring deckbuilding to an all-time low and get rotated one year earlier for being such a threat to the game's health. - Genn and Baku's historical entry on the White Book of Shit Design, shortly before retiring unpunished
Dope as heck in Arena and in Mill Rogue, plus it's a good card to have late game when your opponent won't get much use out of the Coins. You definitely don't want to use it against Druid though, because it just helps them ramp harder if it dies.
It's a freaking deathrattle, this is suicide in mill rogue. Compare this with Mukla. Want free mana to offload your cards? Here's some coins for you, dispensed at your convenience.
I think it's worse than Hungry Dragon. 2 mana anytime they want is frightening. You play this on curve, the turn after they kill it and drop a better 7 drop and your tempo is meaningless.
I'm not sure how easily they'll be able to kill a 5/6 on turn 4-5
So much worse than hungry dragon. It gives your opponent 2 mana crystals worth of tempo instead of hungry dragon's 1 mana crystal of tempo, and the mana is used to play cards they put in their deck instead of some random minion that is often almost worthless.
To be fair, it has the upside of it being deathrattle instead of battlecry, so depending on how things go, they might not ever get the coins, but I wouldn't count on that. It's just +1/+1 over a yeti. It's no 7/7 that's for sure.

That's what I do; I drink and I know things.
It would barely see play with vanilla text, given the powecreep.
Filler.

vs mage: 2 extra spells for quest completion
vs rogue: *sax starts playing*
vs priest: 2 more spells from Lyra
vs warlock: they can hero power after playing DK
vs aggro: no taunt, so no one cares

I think Hungry Dragon is better. 2 coins matters, especially against druid and exodia mage.

Hungry Dragon wasnt good, and this effect is worse for you, even if its a deathrattle
Dust it for crying out loud.

May see play. Lots of cards in this set that are interesting, not sure we've seen any total bombs yet though that'll go in every deck.
Ibn Fahd.
Not sure if it will be played (probably not) but love the design and the flavor.
Arena card
with Prince Keleseth this dan thing becomes 6-7 for 4!!! mana good if you have answer to it otherwise gg. O
This card will never be a thing as long Uther/Anduin DKs are in the rotation.
I think it is very good, I love these big cheap cards with a drawback.

you curve well this is a strong minion.
Pretty good in Dragon Priest.
edit: Because besides PotF, Priest 4-drops are historically weak. Question is are you running this on top of 2x Duskbreaker?
