Warlock doesn't need another hard removal after Defile warlock doesn't even require spell if they are going to print spells they should create one that have interaction with discardmechanic.
Should've been "Choose a card on your hand. Discard it. Then destroy random enemy minion", for 4 or even 5 mana. Would've been so much better, and would have much more synergy with Warlock.
Probably bad. I could maybe see it in a Zoo type deck since you could be destroying a token to remove a big taunt that would otherwise take out 3 of your minions or badly damage a Doomguard. Side possibility of popping eggs may be possible; though I'm still of the belief that straight up popping your eggs is usually poor; you want to buff and/or taunt them to maximize board resiliency.
Will see play if meta is aggressive-midrangey or in Zoolock as one-off(if Zoolock sees play). If Handlock sees play and meta is slow, then Siphon Soul is better.
guys you can't cross class compare cards, because class cards have different synergies and each class is looking to do different things. This card is reasonably strong for Warlock, the only drawback being that you need a friendly minion to begin with. The card seems to belong in a controlling style deck, but there aren't good friendly minion targets that you want to destroy in the early game in that kind of deck. Not sure where this card belongs, but I see it as having high potential.

Since you can choose your own minion, it could be interesting. Doesn't seem too good though, and eggs decks need a fair bit of tempo.

3 manas and you can choose the minion will be destroyed ok.
1 mana and the minion destroyed is random ok, is a cheap removal.
Poor warlock, unless your hero card be the most powerful one the class don't will see play for another meta. :(

If I understand this correctly, Blizzard wants me to discard half my hand, and what cards I have left I'm supposed to destroy myself?
Anger is the punishment we give ourselves for someone else's mistake.
Good hard removal against things like taunts and high attack targets and works with eggs, tokens, and deathrattles. Could be very useful.
You MUST have minion, you MUST to pay 3 mana, and you its RANDOM. Seems pretty bad to me.

I'm just gonna put this out there: Sacrificing a minion of your choice is way better and more fun than discarding a random card (or two).

so sacrifice warlock will probably be bad, but I think someday sacrifice will be viable.
Just fill your deck with one drops, that is creative deck design, right?
