I think this can be somewhat good, especially if you try to build some comb out of it. However it is also very fragile to hard removal, especially shadow word: pain and cabal shadow priest. That makes it bad against priest but against everything else it acts as a pseudo taunt forcing your opponent to take it out before it becomes a threat. In that respect, depending on the board state it might be worth it spending a buff spell on it immediately and hope the opponent at least trades all his board into it. There's always the risk for something like assassinate to come around and trade for 2, but there's also the chance for your opponent to just die the next turn... so high risk high reward card.
It's a bad card. Even if Master of Disguise doesn't get nerfed, the dream scenario is 12 mana (needing Thaurrisan hit, or two coins) and four cards (Nightmare Dragon, Master of Disguise, Cold Blood, Cold Blood) to swing for twenty damage next turn? That's nowhere near good enough. Rogue has plenty of ways to deal more damage than that in a single turn. Faceless Manipulator is only one more mana than Master of Disguise and can also double your burst, except it does it all in one turn. Djinni of the Zephyrs already doubles buffs, except a turn earlier and with a better statline. This card will never see serious play. It needs four turns to outdamage Boulderfist Ogre.
Now, if Warsong Commander didn't get nerfed, it would be a different story...
It has minimal impact on the game on the turn you play it. It has none of the three most powerful mechanics in the game (card draw, mana ramp, burst damage) is traded into poorly, requires a combo to speed it up which allows 2/1 trades, is terrible on curve. It's a big trap that less experienced players will fall into thinking it's amazing. Unless there is some great combo that goes with it don't expect to see it much. I was hoping more for dragons.
Best combo I can think of is paladin Turn 5: Dragon Consort Turn 6: Nightmare Drake + Blessing of Might x2 Turn 7: Blessed Champion (2+6)x2x2 = 32 damage
But really, I don't think it's particularly good. 6 drops kind of need to do something now, and not in another turn.
A dragon deck structure can help you get to the conbo turn with 4 cards that you make a 20/8 with stealth.. If a class can protect a card.. Well it's rogue.
I initially read "at the end of your turn" and I got SO excited and confused at the negative comments. Now I'm kinda sad. It still has potential though methinks if opponent doesn't kill it right away or if it's buffed, or both. Never mind I still like it.

And its bad because it does not fit into rogue?
I like this card, see some potential in priest and paladin decks atleast. IMHO it is good card. It requires some effort from enemy to take it out as it has 8 health. It makes anyway immediate threat for opponent, either silence it or deal with it some hard removal (or run several minions into it).
Well it has 2dmg when played, so if the enemy has any board/weapon at all they can wail into this thing for practically free and on that basis alone I don't like it and wouldn't play it. I could imagine a Rogue MoC play, but that's a bit of a stretch.

I'm getting more and more disappointed every time they reveal a card... feel like wasted my $ preordering. these epic/legends r so trash

Confuse and Crazed Alchemist have the ability to really abuse the effect on this card. Excited to see what people come up with :D
Dragon priest? This is really good with health buffs and healing. RIP Velen's.
turn 7 - nightmare concele
turn 8- Master of Disguise
turn 11- 32 dmg to the face
Best combo I can think of is paladin
Turn 5: Dragon Consort
Turn 6: Nightmare Drake + Blessing of Might x2
Turn 7: Blessed Champion
(2+6)x2x2 = 32 damage

Meh card. They need to release some early game dragons so other classes besides Priest can have a viable dragon deck.

Should have just made it a Priest card instead of Neutral.

Might see play when the meta slows down (and I assume it will). Don't think this card is garbage and useless tough
Just remember the good times!

shadow word horror is very bad spell, but now they are trying to add some 2attack trash for it, so sad
Heroes never die.
OMG, guys, don't you realize that it's just a worse Gruul with a Dragon tag? To have some gimmicky potential with Conceal it should reach 16 attack, so survive 3 turns. That's an eternity and in the meanwhile it trades very unefficiently, is weak to silence and has to dodge not some, but ANY removal (just in Standard some examples: Cabal Shadow Priest, Shadow Word: Pain, Shadow Word: Death, Entomb, Big Game Hunter, Aldor Peacekeeper, Equality combos, Execute, Brawl, Sap, Freezing Trap, Mulch, Polymorph, Hex, Twisting Nether, Siphon Soul, Sylvanas Windrunner, damaging spells, etc.).
