Don't expect an easy ride. There are plenty of decks that can make legend. All of them are a grind in the end, just depends how lucky you get with streaks. I tried it last night, going to play on ladder with it tonight.
bad. Just play the priest version. It's much better.
Not really.
Depends on which version you are talking about. I'm yet to lose a second time vs Priest. The archetype is fresh, fun to play with and it's decent to climb past rank 5 as well. People are hitting legend with it, which means with a bit more refining, it wil be even better.
If you wish to try my deck, here you go. I hope you like it. Good luck!

I played against one this morning with my Control Lock deck and he WRECKED me. Summoner on turn 6 pulled UI and he got 12/12 dragon that couldn't be targeted. I didn't have my Twisting Nether so nothing I could do. Was over the next turn.

Yeah, it's the only spell in the deck,so you always hit a 10 drop.

There is no dragon that can't be targeted. You mean Tyrantus

Whatever. Still a 12/12 that couldn't be targeted. Who cares what minion it was.
Grand Archivist surprised me. Sometimes infestation hit me or one of my creatures, but still tutor effect to draw, get 5 armour and a 5/5 was great and won me some games.
Having both infestations in hand before playing Summoner doesn't always make you lose, Summoner isn't only winning condition. The games i lost were when i drew badly, having many big cards in hands = empty turns.

THis is awful deck. Sometimes it can highroll, but usually it is so inconsistent. I played it on legend last month, and not going to even try it for ladder climb this season.

Last Friday I had a match with my control lock, when druid played t6 spitefull (12/12 immune to magic), t7 spitefull (deathwing), t8 lich king, t9 grand archivist (UI to my face). And yea, druid lost this game :D Just taunt wall, 2x Twisted nether and then Guldan >> gg wp :D
Yes, that was tough game and few times I was on very low hp, but druid lost even with best highroll here.

Soz, I messed with usual games against spiteful priest :D
Should i craft this deck to climb from rank 13 to legend? Youtubers such as trump and Dekkster gaming has used to deck and doesnt seem to bad.

okay thanks for the replies. Didnt do to well climbing with it so i may stick with cubelock for now. May try to master it when i reach rank 5
This feels like an arena deck.
Went from rank 16 to rank 5 end january with 3 losess only (razakus, cubelock, fast kelesseth rogue) using Spiteful Druid.
Then lost 3 out of 5 at rank 5.

Master it?! It's literally play a card on curve and try and highrolls turn 6. Least interactive, skill required deck ever made..

It's a hard sell with only 1 big spells.
You win when you play on curve, might as well play token.
I'm curious about how a Warlock one would fair.
