For me by far is Galakrond rogue vs highlander mage, don't matter if I playing rogue or mage, both side have many tricks in your sleeve and the games are crazy.
The title should be: "Vs what class are you winning the most?" - because thats your most fun matchup most of the time.
Long games are fun as long as they occur rarely. I can enjoy one game vs control Warrior, but two in a row? no way!
When I play CW I win most of the time vs tempo DH and all games, winning or losing, are awful, if I survive the early agression the opponent concede before turn 8 if not I be stomped in turn 6, don't able to play 1/4 of my deck in any case.
I have much more fun losing in the Galakrond rogue vs highlander mage than this crap.
Malygos Druid vs Highlander Mage. Played it much from both sides, enjoy both. Generally I prefer Druid's side, because it is nice to face a deck, which doesn't want to kill you before you even get to turn 3/4 Overgrowth. On the other hand it actually is funny to pull some Puzzle Boxes as a Mage. We all hate losing to it, but it does feel good, when it works for you, not gonna deny it.
I literally enjoy every match-up that I don't queue against Priest. Even if I'm favored and I end up winning, I feel miserable playing against priest. Also there's the fact that Galakrond priest is a deck that just looks to generate a million random cards each game so even if you're supposed to be favored, you can get cheesed any second.
I generally enjoy playing as rogue vs priest, there are a lot of things to try and account for but also randomness that can result in some really crazy games.
I have made a random image deck which focuses on a lot of secrets and discover mechanics with puzzle box, the quest, the prime and Reno thrown in and I really enjoy playing anything that isn't hyper aggressive with it. It gets absolutely destroyed by anything that wants to kill you by turn 5 but has good matchups against everything else purely because the randomness can carry you. Having minions that allow you to discover a spell when you play a secret or give you randomness mage minions when you pay a spell makes every game feel very different.
I personally like Quest Druid vs Face Hunter, I like to see them doing rage quit when I play Hidden Oasis.
Is Quest Druid really still playable? It was my first deck when I started playing in February but lost some key cards and didn't get anything in return so I thought it ran out of favor. I really loved matchups with my Quest Druid against Rez Priest somehow....
They have only released two cards with a synergy of Choose One, Treenforcements and Rising Winds. They are good cards and they have helped me a lot. Also because I carry the Exotic Mountseller kit but the truth is not a meta but you can perfectly play Quest druid. Personally it is very good, simply that people prefer to play certain new meta decks.
Rising Winds is from the Gala Adventure I think, the only Choose One card from AoO is the Prime which is too slow and doesn't get a huge boost from the quest anyway...
Someone here above said playing against priest is not any fun because they just genarate random cards, but thats also the case for Rouge, mage and shaman now..
Also there are almost no res priests anymore, what do people expect the class to other than heal, buff and control? Babtise the opposing class ? Take away religous freedom?
Give the poor bastards a break

Any match with non-meta-decks...?
(I like to be surprised sometimes...)

Casino mage vs. Galkarond priest is all kinds of crazy
Togwaggle priest vs togwaggle druid, it's always fun to see who will pull it off first.

Priest mirror!
no. Fuck priest man. It's a necessary force in the meta but I fucking hate playing against it.

Dragon hunter vs tempo demon hunter.
