I kind of hope Warlock's DK is a renouncement type thing, but less meme to it.
For some reason, I always separated Warlock as being the black sheep of the heroes, essentially a DK himself. I hope his card has some small element of renouncement. And I feel like they won't top Lord Jarraxus if they try to make Warlock darker.
But as long as it doesn't have anything to do with discarding I will be happy.
For 10 mana... I think Warlock will have a bit of a vampiric theme, so maybe "Battlecry: Gain control of all damaged minions"? However, that feels like a mix between Warrior and Priest. Maybe something like "Battlecry: Whenever a minion dies this game, gain 2 life"?
The hero power could maybe be "Remove the top card of your opponent's deck, gain 2 life", the complete opposite of the current hero power. Would help in the late game vs control, and would make Gnomeferatu make a bit more sense...
Edit: As for your suggestion, while I think it's somewhat balanced it definitely feels more like a priest card. And also maybe it's too powerful to give your minions lifesteal... and also too similar to Frost Lich Jaina. My suggestions might have been a bit weak for 10 mana though (not the mind control one, I guess), except the hero power. I like my hero power idea.
And for those saying "Destroy all minions" or similar suggestions, while thematic and logical for 10 mana I think it's too similar to Shadowreaper Anduin. The Battlecry should be really impactful at 10 mana, but destroying all minions is a bit too simple I think.
Also, if the hero card is related to the discard mechanic, it will mean that the latest 4 Warlock legendaries will all have to do with discard O_O. I really hope that's not the case....
The DK is likely NOT discard related. None of the DKs revealed so far have any real synergy with their respective Quest from Ungoro. Blizzard smartly realizes that this would destroy their design space. Rank 25-15 players will still try to run both though in order to give themselves an extra win condition should games go long enough.
Battlecry: Fill your hand with "Discarded Vengeance"
Hero Power: Discard a card and deal 2 damage. Lifesteal
Discarded Vengeance (Cost 2)
When this is discarded: Deal 2 damage to a random enemy
Idk about the discarded vengance part.
It fills your hand with spells that are useless when played, if it's 0 mana, it still makes it bad since you basically paid 10 mana to get them in your hand in the first place.
If they cost any mana, you will discard your next card (will not make progress on the warlock quest or give Lana'thel attack) since you wasted all your mana.
The hero power is kinda similar and worse than the priest DK hero power.
My guess: Your hero is immune during your turn. Hero power: Spell damage +2 for the turn. That means all of the AOE spells and minions become much better and more useful as they dont damage your face. It is an alternate form of healing. The warlock quest also generates demons so I don't think the DK will be demon related either.

I would really like a battlecry that says "Destroy all minions. Heal yourself for total health amount of minions destroyed."
Hero power: something that brings infinite value.
Only that way its gonna be better than Jaraxxus.
Hopefully, something that has nothing to do with discard mechanic.
If it's discard related, I hope it ends up being garbage, so they finally abandon discard theme they've been trying to push so hard.
I want Brode to play discard deck on reveal stream(if Lock Dk is indeed discard related) and I want him to fail miserably.
I mean, why not add some demons/demon synergy cards?

AKA, I am not gonna be happy.
The pics looks low quality and the hero power seems AWFUL LIKE TRASH if that's an actual DK hero power.
The art, how did you find the art if it was drawn by someone from blizzard?
I mean, they would never be that stupid to leak art for something that hasn't been even revealed yet.
I think it's fake really.

it'll most likely be a 9 mana with a battlecry kill your hero XD
I hope they bring back the demon synergy from the Malganis era

Destroy all minions
hero power: discard a card and summon a 6/6 with taunt
Hahaha mega OP

Warlock Deathknight (Cost:10 )
When this is discarded, play this card
Battlecry: Fill your hand with "Discarded Vengeance"
Hero Power: Discard a card and deal 2 damage. Lifesteal
Discarded Vengeance (Cost 2)
When this is discarded: Deal 2 damage to a random enemy
Vote for my Card Design Submission! I love this one!
9 mana, "if thise card is discarded...
return it to your hand and another card that was discarded this game"
or
return it to your hand and reduce its mana cost by 1"
