Once you have 2 Kel'Thuzads on board, your opponent has to clear or silence both of them in the same turn, or the living one will just bring back the one they killed. Almost no current decks, save handlock, can ever viably hope to kill 2 6/8s on the same turn.
The other cards in the deck fall into two catagories:
And then there's the one-of Ancestral Spirit that you may find the opportunity to throw on one of your injured Kel'Thuzads and suicide it into something for a total of 4 Kel'Thuzads at the end of your turn. But that is just a win-more card at that point, and something that I'm considering replacing with more draw like Gnomish Inventor or Azure Drake.
Of course, I am making the assumption here that 2 Kel'Thuzads = undeniable victory, am I wrong on that point? Is there any deck other than Handlock that you can see overcoming that?
2 6/8s is far from an auto-win. Neither have taunt to begin with, so while it is a nice trick, it's susceptible to being overrun.
Why must the two be silenced on the same turn? Silencing one and killing the other seems to work fine. Hex and Polymorph can break the chain pretty easily too.

But you need to see them as so much more than just 6/8s. They're also factories that pump out 2 copies of any friendly minion that dies, and eachother if the other one dies. And yes, as I said, you have to silence/kill both of them on the same turn. That includes silencing one and killing the other. If one is silenced and the other is not killed, you can just suicide the silenced one to "unslience" it.
this is very smart. You need more reincarnate targets though, so add in 2x argent commanders or maybe a sunwalker.
edit: cairne and sylvannus are fine too but argent commander is good for board control which seems necessary with the 6/8 dude but obviously I couldn't know because the cards aren't out atm.
So, the primary play behind this deck is with 10 mana, Kel'Thuzad + Reincarnate. The Reincarnate kills and replaces the Kel'Thuzad, at which point the new Kel'Thuzad will resurrect the old one, giving you 2 Kel'Thuzads.

The other cards in the deck fall into two catagories:
Those who help you draw your Kel'Thuzad + Reincarnate combo: Bloodmage Thalnos, Loot Hoarder, Novice Engineer, and Mana Tide Totem.
And those who help you survive until you hit 10 mana: Earth Shock, Lightning Bolt, Rockbiter Weapon, Stormforged Axe, Feral Spirit, Lightning Storm, Unbound Elemental, Unstable Ghoul, Loatheb, and Sludge Belcher.

Haha, yeah, accidentally put in another card thinking it was reincarnate. It's fixed now.
I made one of my own mainly inspired by the Crusher shaman -
