0 mana Spend all your mana Get a Coin for each mana spent
So it does actually nothing but it preserves mana for later turns and is an easy combo enabler. It might actually be broken...
I like this a lot!
Yes it's crazy with Van'Cleef and Gadgetzan Auctioneer, but that's okay I think, it might bring Miracle Rogue back, but give us a non-legendary card with an effect similar to Loatheb so you can include 2 in your deck and there will be counters in place...within the same set even ;)
Mana Addict and Questing Adventurer would probably be in this deck too...2 conceals as well :)
Ooooh as well as Lorewalker Cho and Coldlight Oracle!! hehe Miracle Mill Rogue...could you maybe add Malygos as well and keep it consistent? Maybe I'd say^^ Malygos with like 5+ coins and some spells in hand can be OTK
So Malygos Miracle Mill Rogue...or MMM Rogue, if this will be the card then definitely this will be a deck in my collection! :P
What is Hearthstone to you? A fun and semi-competitive game with wacky effects and crazy RNG outcomes or just a card game you wanna grind as many wins you can get as fast as possible in?
or each player draw a card for each 2 mana spent this way
If both players draw then make it crazy and draw a card for each mana spent so it has some crazy milling potential hehe I doubt they will push that archetype so much though :P

If this Rogue Forbidden spell is meant to interact with Weapon it'll most likely buff its durability, not its attack.
Could still be very OP, if you use this with Assassin's Blade or after an Oil combo (Wild only in this case).
If they dare to buff Weapon's attack it'll be only for a turn - but even then it'd be so much OP, although the spell itself makes it impossible to combo with Blade Flurry (Preparation still is a thing as well).
It may actually give X minions Stealth until next turn, but doesn't make any sense since Conceal does it for way less mana.
Other cool idea would be to reduce X random cards in your hand by 1~2 mana for the next turn. Would be crazy for combo, but if there is an rng involved it won't be so broken.
Rogue Is propably the Most difficult class to Play, die to comboing and faceremoving without efective healmechanics/lategamepotential. The revealed forbidden Cards were basically Cards that already existed changed around. Like for mage, if used turn 10 it s a pyroblast or priest Is compareable to a unstable Portal with Little less rng. So propably WE re getting a Card that already exists. What about 1dmg for each spent mana to each undamaged minion or a get minion back in Hand, reduce it s cost by the amount of mana spent (or aggressive version make it more expensive for each mana spent) For not beeing op it could be mana spent-2

A 2-attack weapon would be balanced, 3 is overpowered considering these spells are supposed to sacrifice value for versatility. At 1 mana, this is a rockbiter, at 2 its a fiery war axe, at 4 its is a cheaper ass blade.
Though you could still combo it with the 1 mana guy that buffs equipped weapons. For example turn 6 you could play Buccaneer + Buccaneer + Forbidden Weapon to get a 4/4 weapon, turn 10 its a 4/8 weapon, or for real fun, with some emperor shenanigans you could Buccaneer + Buccaneer + Faceless + Faceless + Conceal, into this the next turn for a 6/10 weapon, lol.
All this being said, knowing blizzard if this is a card, it will be a 1 attack weapon.
What about a sap?
Forbidden Sap: Spend all of your mana. Return an enemy minion to owner's hand. It's casting cost is equal to the amount of mana spent.

What about 0 mana spend all your mana equip a 1/2 dagger for each mana spent seems legit.
Forbidden Technique: Spend all your mana. Return a minion that costs that much or less to your hand.

Swap the Tomb Pillagers with:
Forbidden Knowledge
0 mana
Spend all your mana.
Add a coin to your hand for each mana spent.
Maybe the mill part is a bit too hopeful to add in there, but separately they should definitely work if this was a card I think.

You can't just make a useful rogue epic card, It must be really awful and overpriced.
I predict it will be either completely unplayable trash or insanely broken, but my money is on the former.
