How can i improve this deck?</pre>

Hey, I am playing Hakkar paladin before expansion and really think that archetype will be weakened without the Steggodon. The version you have made will rarely play the Loa Tiger - > The only expensive spell is Lay on Hands. Not a really reliable way to discount the Tiger.

 Twinspells could help a bit but you won't use two on the same turn each time.

i don´t think the timeouts will pay off. I would drop it and go with classic Trusilver.

My suggestion:

Drop Timeout, Shirvalla, lay on hands, and shrink ray and one mysterius blade.

Add:   2x Trusilver champion, 2x Prismatic lense and the deck would actually make use of Archivist Elysiana . But maybe a simple prelate will do. Also the dragon seems to much but maybe he works.

That's so heavy bro...

This looks weak to aggro, and i don’t know why there is a Mysterious Blade , the likelihood of getting this to combo with a secret is very small. 

Well, for the slow meta this deck looks very interesting, version from Wolfric is cool.

As for me I'll try that, but not at the first days after release

I don't think there are enough legendaries in this deck..could you maybe fit one more in?

Way too top heavy. Nozari is a very bad card as Paladin already has good incremental healing. Against aggro more often than not you will be dead before turn 10 and if you've managed to stabilize by turn 10 then you've already won so Nozari is just a win more card in most cases. And the Templars as taunt are probably not gonna become 8/8 taunts most of the time so I think Safeguard is a better option especially with Zilliax in the deck.

I would make room for Loot Hoarders, Countess Ashmore and a copy of Duel! or Prismatic Lens so you can get to Hakkar and killing your opponent faster while also drawing into answers.

You aren’t taking into account the fatigue/corrupted blood damage Nozari negates. 

You aren't taking into account that this deck uses Prince Liam to negate the Corrupted Bloods? 

I laugh at the people who try to come up with some excuse for Nazari to be good when it really is one of the worst cards in the set.

Undatakah to counteract Hakkar getting silenced?

The deck can win without hakkar. But i would actually try it diffrent. As i said i am not shure it the dragon is good. Adding Ashmore and one lifestealer makes much more sense. So i edited the deck. The mana curve is now better and the lifesteal is pulled with +2.... Much more powerful. Still in overrun danger.

Jepetto could really help you hit your combo pieces. Duel is another way to cheat out Shirvallah/Hakkar to help you getting your combo faster
