I play N'zoth Secretdin and personally I just cry every time I see one of those asshole priests ( I main priest btw , oh the irony ...) tho the thing is , if I can manage the pressure entombing my Tirion forces upon me , I might just as well win from time to time but I strongly recommend playing N'zoth priest against secretdin.
Also , I have no regret nor any shame for playing a deck I have fun with just for the record.
loosing games as secret paladin
Sure, against Priest and Freeze mage... yeah. They will lose most of the time.
If you really want to play Hunter... Switch to midrange (not exactly much more expensive, if you somehow don't have Boom two Call of the Wilds will suffice), tech in Eater of Secrets. Nothing is quite as delightful as seeing an entire christmas tree get gobbled up, leaving a 4 mana 6/11 on your board.
people asking this question every month and every time the same obvious answer is
PATRON
its like a hardcounter. with patron vs secret paladin (+ the fact most of the player are really dumb and bad players) i have over 90% win rate. Easy legend in wild? play patron.
Dude you're so convicto at that, that I feel compelled to try it (simply HATE those bastards).

would you mind sharing decklist?
Midrange hunter and nzoth priest are both bad matchups, and both decks are pretty common. Idk of it is that easy.
The wild meta is a strange thing, and the number of decks like secret pallys and zoo vary like crazy! Some daya gone, some days swarming.
Although Priest is suffering mightily in Standard the matchup against Secret Paladin is usually a good one for Priest. Lightbomb clears the board and Entomb swipes any major threats. Usually don't even to need to tech an Eater of Secrets; although the latter is still useful against Freeze Mage.
I am running 2 flare in my Yogg n' Load hunter deck. Works great. Helps against secret pally and freeze mage. If you aren't playing either deck still good because it cantrips.
1) Midrange Hunter bad matchup i dont even have an answer for this
2) Ever played wild ladder between rank 5 and 1? 90% Secret Paladin, 8% Zoo and a few hunters. Last month ive played my last 9 matches before legend against Secret Paladin.
3) If you play correctly against N'Zoth Priest the MatchUp is pretty even. Patient plays, constant pressure and burst him away.
Hmm, I need to play some more I guess, but 5-drop into Savannah Highmane into Dr. Boom and Call of the Wild should be trouble for any warrior except pirate face, draining your board, removal and AOE. Yes, the juggeler+uth combo is usually a no-go, but the deck can win in other ways.
The priest have very good answers to everything you want to do, they just need to draw cards. I am sure the Priest should have at least 60% if both know what they are doing.
As a hunter, lower curve, explosive trap and unleash are decent tools. Obviously face hunter is less good than it used to be, but I had a very good winrate versus secret pally with face hunter back in the day.
I assume we are talking about wild, because in standard secret paladin is a lot less powerful.
Playing Midrange N'Zoth Hunter this and last season and haven't lost to a single Secretadin. The key is to clear their board consistently, using spells and sticky minions, and just play around secrets when the time comes. Call of the Skill or N'Zoth as a finisher. Easy cake.
Go Standard, although face hunter is bad in standard . I see a new face hunter with a lot of secrets and the new hunter card, but seems to be worse than yogg and load hunter(with the new card too) or midrange hunter.

N'zoth Priest, end of. With Lightbombs, Sludge Belchers etc. it's a disgusting deck... just takes so damn long each game though.
Ibn Fahd.
2 Flare
2 EoS
2 Kezan Mystic
You will destroy Secret Pala and lose to everyone else

Dependable loan sharks since 1960. We sink our teeth into every deal we make.

Play standard :)
Everything is OP.
A friend of mine is rank1 legend in Wild with N'Zoth Control Warrior, and has kept this rank for more than 10 days now.
