Comparable to Banana Buffoon. Cost is higher, but the card quality goes way up, and I think this body is a bit better for the cost. Will probably fill a similar niche.
This is, far and away, best in Shaman (particularly with a double battlecry). Your options are Blazing Invocation, Earth Shock, Forked Lightning, Frost Shock, Lightning Bolt, Totemic Smash, and Voltaic Burst, none of which are painful to get off of RNG. Getting any four of those spells adds a ton of value and the deck is no stranger to running low-tempo cards to leverage a ton of value.

The problem of that deck is slots, you don't have space in the deck, many times you have hand size issues too, x4 1 mana spells don't help in this regard either.
This card don't make the cut in that already broken and insanely overpowered deck.

I wouldn't necessarily say that. Mage can make great use of it and generate even more resources from it. Mage is going to have quite a few things that can benefit from constantly playing spells.
While the number of 1-cost spells is fairly limited in all classes, making the outcome somewhat predictable usually, it's still a very slow card. You get rather poor stats and need extra mana for the spells, which will be not as impactful anymore around the point you can play this.
If you just need more dragons in your deck, maybe, but I don't think this card will be used much.
Only good in Mage, Paladin... maybe Shaman... but the stats are rubbish. I don’t see it making the cut (maybe highlander decks?). But it is a dragon that add value... maybe good.
A few classes benefit more from this than other obviously. In my estimation I think Mage can really utilize this. Cyclone mage is an obvious thing. Between Mages new 1 mana spell and chenvalla (which is looking better now that we have seen this plus their new 1 cost spell) I could see some dragon/cyclone mage deck maybe coming into being.

Meh, maybe rogue and use the spells for cicling but whit things like the 1 mana auto vanish to your board this has not much future in ladder
Btw, this does not look at all like the card that was suposed to be revealed this time, maybe a multiple reveal?
This is a dragonkin, why no dragon tag?
edit: nvm it has a dragon tag on Kibler's reveal video.
I definitely see this in Cyclon Mage!
The other Dragon was already revealed / leaked, really weird: https://www.hearthpwn.com/forums/hearthstone-general/card-discussion/238525-new-warrior-epic-card-revealed

it’s a good dragon.
It is a dragon? Check.
It give you more cheap spells? Check.
If nothing else make this work a least will find a room in highlander dragon mage.

I think this card allows for quest cyclone mage in wild to completely be redesigned.

I didn't watch the video. Did they clarify if this boi can generate quests/sidequests?
Nothing can generate quests. Side quests might be generatable.
Warrior
This is very good in standard since most cost 1 spells are useful except Hunter
