How is Faceless a common when Elemental is an epic? I was skeptical of Faceless when I compared him to Fireguard Destroyer, but when compared to Elemental, a card used in some decent past Shaman decks with legend potential its simply overpowered. Thoughts?
Rarity =/= power level. Earth Elemental is a solid card....but I said it before and will say it again; Flamewreathed Faceless is one of the most absurd cards ever created. When something is that big for only 4 mana, it hardly even matters what the other text on the card says. This card ends games.
Flamewreathed Faceless is one of the most broken cards ever printed. Not sure how it will face shaman as shaman is a SMOrc class. Maybe with all these broken OP cards it gets shaman will be the best face deck and best midrange deck. We'll see. Lets hope C'thun decks or some other new decks take off and push shaman out.
The only thing that card rarity affects is arena and low level play
This massively effects arena. I understand power level and rarity are separate, but with Earth Elemental already being the arena crusher it is it seems like they should have made Faceless a rare at least.
How can they release a mediocre expansion and then give one class some of the most powerful cards released? Of course it will be broken. Everyone can tell by looking at this card that it's too good.
In constructed though if your opponent can they will kill it and on turn 4 that's not too difficult. Yet again insane stat value and another reason for me to almost always lose to Shamans.

Well considering this is not in the arena sub forum I guessed you were talking about constructed.

It's happening all over again.
I ran to Hearthstone to avoid such terrible images. :o
Flamewreathed Faceless

I think you are severely underestimating the value of a taunt on a big minion with silence being much less prevalent in the game.
Also epic cards in general are notorious for sucking balls in hearthstone, this is nothing new.
The card is insane. They really beefed up Shaman, and with BGH nerfed, this card can definitely end games.
Vote for my card!
