The deck has the potential to put at-least 7 Bombs in your opponent's deck.
In the worst case, you don’t discover any Clockwork Goblins from Omega Assembly AND both Wrenchcaliburs are destroyed after one turn, you can still produce 7 bombs. Edit: Actually the worst case is if Augmented Elekk or Archivist Elysiana get Hecklebotted. what's the solution? That's right, more bombs (added Seaforium Bomber). More draw (added Loot Hoarder).
Dr. Boom, Mad Genius is the one of the most important cards in the deck when transitioning into the late game, giving a needed boost in armor and rush minions to fend off the aggressive decks and generating constant value for the more controlling match ups. He's a good keep in most mulligans.
Archivist Elysiana is the decks alternate win condition so I would recommend keeping her in the Mulligan against other warriors.
Combos:
6 mana- Militia Commander + Sweeping Strikes
7 mana- Zilliax + Sweeping Strikes = gain 6 or 9 health
10 mana- Archivist Elysiana + Baleful Banker = win fatigue game or remove those pesky bombs in your deck
6 mana- Augmented Elekk + Clockwork Goblin = 2 Bombs*
7 mana- Augmented Elekk + Wrenchcalibur = 2 Bombs
7 mana- Weapons Project + Harrison Jones = draw 3 and gain 6 armor
9 mana- Augmented Elekk + 2 * Clockwork Goblin = 4 Bombs*
9 mama- 2 * Augmented Elekk + Clockwork Goblin = 3 Bombs**
10 mana- Augmented Elekk + Wrenchcalibur + Clockwork Goblin = 4 Bombs
note*: + 2 Bombs if Wrenchcalibur is already equipped that turn
note**: +3 Bombs if Wrenchcalibur is already equipped that turn
-Combos for mechs discovered by Omega Assembly:
5 mana- Hecklebot + Shield Slam
8 mana- Hecklebot + Omega Devastator
9 mana- Hecklebot + Zilliax = gain 6 health
10 mana- Hecklebot + Brawl + Shield Slam
11 mana- Hecklebot + Zilliax + Coin + Sweeping Strikes = gain 12 or 18 health
7 mana- Vicious Scraphound +Zilliax = gain 5 health/armor
9 mana- Vicious Scraphound + Zilliax + Sweeping Strikes = gain 10 or 15 heath/armor
Barista Lynchen is a good inclusion in this deck as she can ether get more bombs by copying Clockwork Goblins or more removal by copying Dyn-o-matic or Omega Devastator. That’s without mentioning the potential of copying Dr. 7 or Elysiana. I'd probably swap out a Dyn-o-matic or, if you're feeling extra greedy, a Brawl.
Combo:
10 mana- Clockwork Goblin + Baleful Banker + Barista Lynchen = 2 extra Clockwork Goblins
I want to know what you guys think the biggest WEAKNESS of this deck is, let us know in the comments below, anyway, if you have been, thanks for reading.
How has your deck performed so far?
Win Rate: 59-36 (62%) with an average game length: 16 min
I've gone from rank 4 to legend primarily with this deck, although one of its downsides is that you can occasionally get a game that lasts an hour and results in a draw but nevertheless it's still a blast to play.
I feel like this deck tries to do too many different things and it has too many clunky combos and some gross overkills. I'd swap Vargoth for second Omega Devastator for more late game removal, remove weapons project (and maybe harrison, I don't think you need expensive weapon removal, ooze is most likely just fine) and youthful for another warpath for early game removal.
I suppose the chunkiness of the combos is yet to be determined but as for weapons project it's pretty versatile, it can be used for removal in the early game and doubles as armor for shield slam, I'm not sure what could replace it. You're probable right about Vargoth though I'm still experimenting with him atm. I've also swapped Youthful for Banker so that you can put whatever you need for the match back in the deck.
Honestly if the Sweeping Strikes combo is too clunky then replacing it with other removal options would be for the best but I'm still really excited to see it in action.
Also if you remove Harrison then you have to replace him with another form of draw otherwise the deck is more likely to stall out. so he's more like expensive draw with the bonus of weapon removal.
btw Thanks for the feed back, every bit of constructive criticism helps when making a deck especially with the new cards.
I've also made a more tempo oriented version of this deck which features DRAGONS
Here's the link to the deck I've been using to test this one before the expansion release.
