Hello,
Rush Warrior is back after Rise of Shadows release!
The advantages of this deck are:
- High survivabilty
- Pressure from powerful, buffed creatures
- Easy taking control of the board beacuse of Rush creatures and control cards like Dyn-o-matic or Brawl
Win Conditions:
VS Aggro:
- Trading enemy's creatures with strong Rush minions (which might get Immune from Spirit of the Rhino)
- Surviving all enemy's damage owing to Shield Block, Dr. Boom, Mad Genius, Zilliax, etc.
- Creating an insane board and simply killing the opponent. You've got a lot of nice creatures.
VS Control:
- Its Hard to remove big, buffed creatures every turn and you have a lot of them here. Just create a powerful board and go through opponent's defence.
- You're playing a control deck too. Respond to enemy's plays and let the fatigue kill him. You can stand a lot of damage!
VS Combo:
- The problems starts there. Your deploying isn't as fast as in Aggro Deck, so enemy can cast his combo before you finish him. But don't stop trying!
- You can also try to survival his combo damage by stacking a lot of armor.

Mulligan guide:
VS Aggro:
- Try to keep the Town Crier to kill weak early creatures and draw the Rush cards to trade enemy's minions.
- Keeping at least one Brawl or Dyn-o-matic would be a great idea too.
VS Control/Combo
- Dr. Boom, Mad Genius is a must have there. It will give your Mechs rush what will help you to trade enemy's minons. You'll also take benefits from changed hero power.
A lot of Combo Decks in the meta?
Try those changes:
+1 [card]Spellbreaker[card]
Aggro Meta?
Try this:
Control Meta?
Try this:
-1 Town Crier
+1 Oondasta
I hope you'll get nice results with my deck! <3

Hello,
I do not have Archivist Elysiana × 1 so I put Ysera instead, but I guess that Elysiana is better for very late game.
The deck works well against aggro, I just defeated one Zoolock and a token druid quite easily. I get even added by the Zoolock who trashed me and just for this I upvote this deck :)
Thanks !
What if we added quest instead of a spirit or an assembly? Deck often feels like it needs more damage at times. Don't really wanna craft it for this but it feels like it would help a lot.
Edit: Lost to two OTK mages (quest) simply because I could not get enough face damage done before they had combo. First one had 7hp left and the other 12. Dr. Boom was in my bottom 10 cards, which did not help whatsoever.
Is Akali, the Rhino required for this? I'm considering replacing with Oondasta
Should work but add Direhorn Hatchling instead of Swift Messenger.
-1 Keleseth -1 Ooze
+1 Harrison +1 Swift Messenger and it works fine in rank 12-8 thx really nice deck <3
Harrison instead of Ooze seems nice, but have u tried it with Keleseth? Imo hes more powerful than second swift messenger.
ur right but i don't have them and they will rotating out soon. so i'm fine with it thanks for advice <3
This has been really good at ripping through all of these hunters.
replacement for Darius Crowley?
Oondasta + second Amani War Bear instead of Faceless Manipulator / or only Amani War Bear if you don't have Oondasta
Just climbed from 9 to 5 in a single day with this deck, or at least a close variation of it. I did swap in Oondasta for Faceless Manipulator and a second Amani War Bear for the Swift Messenger. I have to say it's very satisfying when Oondasta brings down Akali who gives you a giant bear to use next turn. If there was a spirit of the rhino on board, it will likely stick because the bears protect them pretty well.
Nice to hear that!
Good luck in climbing to legend <3
So I'm a bit disappointed in this deck. It sure looks like it's a good deck. But it comes up short so often and now that everyone is playing control, it just doesn't have the oomph to win the late game.
And so it goes. I just cannot figure out how to get tempo with this deck against what's currently out there. You can even the board, but rarely can you get ahead. And too many decks right now do not give a damn about having a board, I find that Brawl is almost always a dead card. Please tell me there's a concept to this deck that I'm missing. . . .
Do you think oondasta is good in this with something like one more warbear?
Uh, i don't know. I've never tested this.
I am doing really well now at rank 5 with this. It seems to do OK against the slow hunters as long as you hold back and save removal for their key turns.
I made this deck to defeat Hunters! Spell, Midrange and Secret Hunters are easy to outplay. With the Recruit Hunter its 50/50.
Really interesting take on Rush Warrior/Control Warrior! Played a few games with the deck, check them out;
(Games start at 4:13)
Great matchup against midrange/aggressive minion strategies, but we did feel a little weak against control. Would love to get your thoughts on including the second Town Crier in the deck.
Thanks so much for sharing the list <3
Thanks a lot for making an amazing video! Would be really nice, if you allow me to share the link in my description. :D
About the second Town Crier:
Yea, I agree that he's the core of Rush Warrior and it's really helpful, but while creating this deck the meta was really slow and a lot of games were played till fatigue. Town Crier made us go faster to fatigue, so i decided to cut one and give his place to Faceless Manipulator (which is fantastic in control meta).
But the meta is changing, i have updated the description with addidtional meta replacements. :)
Thanks for the video again, I really appreciate this <3

Thanks for the detailed reply, it's good to get these kind of insights into the deck building process!
Thanks again <3
