I'm using this card in Mech Hunter , let me tell you, it's good card for its cost :)

I see a lot of hunter deck using this card. I am not a huge fan, although I might be wrong about it. I think I prefer to use Galvanizer over it. 

Magnetic Bomber

Here's my theorycraft on a Goblin Bomb deck, filled with Magnetic & Mech synergy. Leaning towards building strong boards & combo threats as opposed to being too Deathrattle focussed.

Why suddenly? Blizz has always made cards for Aggro decks like any other good card game like MtG, the elder scrolls legend, gwent and so on. Just imagine there was no aggro decks, pretty soon there were the number one control deck with almost zero bad matchups. That would bring us a boring and unbalanced meta very soon. 

Edit: Take Shudderwock Shaman for example: If there was no aggro we had the meta even more infested with it. And honestly I hate that deck, even aggro is more interactive.

With all possible copies it will be like 24 damage with bombs only :)

Your opponent probably won't trade into a bunch of boards. IF they use a boardclear, they take a bunch of damage and you can just flood more bombs.
With all the mech and deathrattle synergy in hunter 0/2 bombs are not that much of a demerit. 
Finish them off with things like Necromechanic +  Void Ripper.
Don't actually play Goblin Bomb though.
The rest of the deck would probably be a midrange hunter - play a faster deck, keep putting stuff on board and dish out pressure constant face damage.
Trying to build lare gomb boards and combo with cards like Spiritsinger Umbra, Necromechanic and Void Ripper is most likely going to be too slow -  why not just play Recruit Hunter and get a herd of giant charging dinos on the board?

Feign Death is not even a Standard card

Honestly, I don't even think that kind of deck can be good. Just noticing that with all bomb generating cards hunter could do almost full HP if by some miracle he would be able to do it. I will wait for some crazy streamer to try it though :)

I also don't think it will be a good deck.
But I do think that existing egg hunters and maybe even midrange hunters will occasionaly include  Boommaster Flark as burst against warlocks and druids with their endless tauntwalls.
